There is still plenty of hockey left to be played, but considering the Week 7 struggles of the Cherry Pickers, the oddsmakers are betting heavily on a Baba Booey win - the Booey’s with all hands on deck as they prepare for a pucks a-blazin’ weekend.

Time is starting to run out on the Lumberjacks and their chances of a huge, come-from-behind win; the Jacks - after netting 1.0 point on Friday - now trailing the winless Boulder Flyers by 24.2.

The lowest “thru Friday” score has left GM Murphy with his hands full, the underforming SC Cobras a hefty 20.7 points behind the Wild Ducks with possibly not enough days remaining in the week.

This see-saw battle - after seeing on Thursday and sawing on Friday - is now favoring the Central Red Army, a 2.0 point Day 5 placing the Army 1.4 points in front.

Ice Hogs: 34.2­
Both the Polar Bears and Ice Hogs departed FHL Mart with just 1.0 point in their cart, the Hogs maintaining their 9.7 point advantage with now, two days remaining in the week.

The Bluliners were blanked on Friday, which allowed Rocky Rocks to skate 2.0 points closer - the Rocks now trailing the B's by 5.3 points with a monstrous, rip-roaring, possibly week-defining 14-game Saturday on tap.
