WEEK 18 (thru Thursday) AnbgktR
With the tiebreakers working against them, Badger Bob will have to finish in front of the Bluliners to qualify for the playoffs; both teams currently 8-9 with just over four weeks remaining in the H2H season. On Thursday Kris Letang (3a) did all he could to rally his team, the surging Bobs currently in position to upset the heavily-favored Central Red Army.

Central Red Army: 16.6
Badger Bob: 26.8

The Central Red Army have compiled an excellent record of 11-6 and are in hot pursuit of the FHL Cup, trailing the first place Misconducts by just 33.9 points. These facts appear to be lost on Badger Bob, GM Chester's team in "David" mode, leading the Goliath Army by 12.2 points.

Misconducts: 25.0
SC Cobras: 14.0

After spending his second consecutive day lodged in the FHL penthouse, GM Smalley might soon be comfortable enough to unpack his luggage, the Misconducts now leading the Ice Hogs by 5.2 points. The Misconducts also appear to be skating toward yet another H2H win, the first place team now 11.0 points better than the relatively quiet SC Cobras.

Ice Hogs: 30.6
Polar Bears: 15.4

Once again the Ice Hogs couldn't keep pace with the Misconducts, GM Henry's squad outpointed by 1.7 points on Thursday. There's good news on the H2H front however as the two-time champion continues to dominate their opponent, the Hogs leading the gasping Polar Bears by 15.2 points.

Wild Ducks: 18.9
Boulder Flyers: 18.7

Hoping to avoid the shame and humiliation of losing to the Boulder Flyers, the Wild Ducks kicked it up a notch on Thursday, a 10.0 point outing providing GM Collard's third place team with their first lead of the week.

Ice Cats: 21.2
Between the Pipes: 11.0

Thought to be dead or dying, the Ice Cats sprung back to life on Thursday, a league-best 14.2 performance providing GM Cutshall's team with 10.2 point lead over Between the Pipes with three days remaining in the week.

Bluliners: 24.5
Silicon Valley Slashers: 8.0

The Silicon Valley Slashers Week 18 bus remains stuck in neutral, GM Murphy's fading squad now sitting 16.5 points behind the Bluliners, their H2H playoff hopes scheduled for termination on Sunday.
