Since commandeering the lead on February 5th, the Polar Bears are proving to be a tough nut to crack, GM Elya's team leading by 34.2 points with 24 days remaining in the season.

Leading by 15.3 points with only Friday left to be played, the Polar Bears appear to be heading toward their first H2H championship. With the Bobs and Pipes both losing, a lock could be placed on the title as early as Saturday.

Thus far, the Bluliners are the best team of the week, a performance that has placed GM Hamilton's squad less than 35.0 points behind the first place Polar Bears. While the deficit is fairly large, it's by no means insurmountable, especially with Letang, Byfuglien and Giordano directing the attack from the blueline.

"Oh shit!" were GM Murphy's words when he awoke on Friday morning, his once comfortable lead almost gone. In search of their 4th win in five H2H matches, the Central Red Army uncorked 13.0 points on Thursday, GM Buker's charging squad now trailing by just 2.3.

Between the Pipes: 32.4
Boulder Flyers: 41.4
If Between the Pipes want to keep their toe in the H2H championship waters they'll have to rally on Friday, GM Miller's team now trailing the Boulder Flyers by a stiff 9.0 points.

Wild Ducks: 24.0
Silicon Valley Slashers: 42.1
GM Collard finally has something to smile about, his Wild Ducks collecting 9.0 points on Thursday. The points however were not enough to recall The Fat Lady, the Slashers cushion still very comfortable at 18.1.

Badger Bob: 39.9
Ice Hogs: 45.4
The Ice Hogs laid some major hurt on Badger Bob, a 13.0 point showing tossing GM Chester into a 5.5 point hole. With only one day remaining in the week, Badger Bob will need a remarkable Friday to keep their H2H title hopes alive.
