WEEK 9 (FINAL) Ji1aia8
Given virtually no chance to win, the team with the league's worst H2H record took down the league’s H2H giant, club fighter Rocky Rocks defeating FHL heavyweight Badger Bob in seven often one-sided rounds, the Rocks postseason hopes now very much alive as they improved to 3-6 with the tide-turning victory.

Rocky Rocks: 68.2
Badger Bob: 52.1

What a difference a win makes. Facing a disastrous 2-7 start, Rocky Rocks is now very much a part of the postseason conversation, the team just one game in back of the 7th and final playoff spot; the Rocks however still nestled in the Domi basement, three games behind the division leader. Despite the loss, the H2H picture is still hunky-dory for Badger Bob, the Bobs now 7-2 on the year, their Grimson division lead shaved to just one game.

Cherry Pickers: 56.7
Boulder Flyers: 52.0

The Cherry Pickers were the only Probert division team to win in Week 9, their postseason and Probert-winning hopes improving greatly with the victory, the Pick and their 4-5 mark just one game behind the Ice Hogs. By losing, the Boulder Flyers slipped to 4-5 on the year, the battered birds (and two other teams) trailing the Probert-best Hogs by one game.

Wild Ducks: 47.8
Central Red Army: 38.1

The Central Red Army couldn’t muster a comeback on Sunday, GM Buker and his troops stumbling to 4-5 on the year. Despite the loss, the Army retained their 2nd place spot in the Domi division, their one game deficit now two. The win allowed the Wild Ducks to move closer to Badger Bob, the Grimson-based Ducks and their 6-3 mark waddling to within a single game of the league’s best H2H team.

Vegas Vipers: 47.8
Ice Hogs: 45.2

In position to take full control of the Probert, the Ice Hogs party was crashed by the Vegas Vipers, the difficult defeat leaving the Hogs with a mark of 5-4; their lead reduced to a single game. On the verge of playoff extinction a few weeks ago, the Vegas Vipers remarkable turnaround continued in Week 9, the team improving to 4-5 on the year; the Vipe parked 3 games behind the Grimson-leading Bobs.

SC Cobras: 65.2
Polar Bears: 52.7

The SC Cobras enjoyed one of their better weeks of the season, a strong 65.2 point showing laying waste to the Polar Bears - the Cobras and their 4-5 mark still two games behind the Domi division leader. The Bears slipped to 3-6 on the year, a record that places the last place team no less than four games behind the Grimson-leading Bobs.

Misconducts: 56.6
Bluliners: 50.4

By disposing of the Bluliners, the Misconducts can now boast of the largest H2H lead, the Domi-housed squad currently two games better than their closest challenger, their record well on the plus side at 6-3. The Bluliners could have moved into a tie for the Probert division lead with a win. They lost - the defeat leaving the 4-5 franchise one game behind the Probert-leading Ice Hogs.
