WEEK 14 (thru Saturday)

Trailing the Wild Ducks by 9.7 points heading into the weekend, a win seemed unlikely for Between the Pipes. Thanks to Brad Marchand and his dreamy 13.0 point performance (2g, 3a), GM Miller is now on the verge of his fifth victory of the season, his Pipes team leading the Ducks by 6.1 points with only Sunday left to be played.

Wild Ducks: 50.2
Between the Pipes: 56.3
Between the Pipes were the best Saturday team, a 25.8 point explosion lifting GM Miller's team over and past the stunned Wild Ducks. The door to ground level is also noticeably closer after Saturday, the last place Pipes now just 21.7 points from daylight.

Central Red Army: 52.8
Ice Hogs: 44.0
The Ice Hogs are proving to be more resilient than originally thought. With the Misconducts ramming their first place door, the Hogs responded with 18.7 points - shoving the Misconducts 17.3 points back. Despite the generous Saturday, the Hogs are still tracking toward a loss, the Central Red Army and their 52.8 points simply too good in Week 14.

Misconducts: 45.0
Ice Cats: 28.6
It wasn't a good Saturday for the Misconducts, a 6.0 point showing leaving GM Smalley in the dust of the galloping Ice Hogs. The Misconducts will however depart the week with a win, their advantage over the Ice Cats still large at 16.4 points.

SC Cobras: 60.1
Silicon Valley Slashers: 53.7
In need of a win to retain the 7th and final playoff spot, the Silicon Valley Slashers have had difficulty keeping pace with their slithering opponent. Such was the case on Saturday as the snakes netted 16.1 points, the Cobras now 6.4 points better with only Sunday remaining on the Week 14 schedule.

Badger Bob: 46.9
Polar Bears: 30.8
Badger Bob was apparently in no mood for a close match, a potent 20.9 point Saturday placing GM Chester's team 16.1 points in front of GM Elya's wide-eyed Polar Bears. A win would leave the Bobs with a record of 7-7; their name penciled on a ticket to the 2016-17 H2H playoffs.

Boulder Flyers: 38.5
Bluliners: 35.0
For the Bluliners to avoid the "I lost to the Boulder Flyers twice" lawn sign, GM Hamilton's team will have to outpoint the Boulder Flyers on Sunday, GM Morgan still leading - and still smirking - with one day remaining in the week.
