WEEK 21 (FINAL) MSGsZRI
It was only fitting that MVP Patrick Kane scored a goal on the night the Polar Bears clinched at least a tie for the H2H division championship, GM Elya’s squad now 15-6 after disposing of the disengaged Ice Cats.

Polar Bears: 42.9
Ice Cats: 28.6

Leading by three games with three weeks remaining in the season, the Polar Bears have their paws on at least a a share of the $50.00 prize for winning the H2H championship. GM Elya is also three weeks away from what would be his team’s first FHL Cup, the Bears leading the second place Bluliners by 33.6 points. Meanwhile, the Ice Cats continue to drift in the opposite direction. A Cup-contenter when Carey Price was blocking pucks, GM Cutshall’s squad has plummeted to 11th place overall, now 160.9 points behind the best of the FHL.

Bluliners: 54.4
Misconducts: 46.8

The Bluliners were the best team of the week, GM Hamilton’s squad gaining 11.5 points on the front-running Polar Bears. If the Bluliners can gain the same amount of ground each week - over the final three weeks of the season - GM Hamilton would hoist his 5th FHL Cup. The Misconducts played well but couldn’t match the B's firepower, GM Smalley’s squad falling to 11-10. Trailing by 4 games, the Misconducts still have a shot at the $30.00 prize for finishing in 2nd place in the H2H division. Overall, the Misconducts closed the week in the money, trailing the Polar Bears by 47.8; second place by 14.2.

SC Cobras: 46.2
Central Red Army: 43.9

The SC Cobras improved to 11-10 for the season, $22.00 now deposited in GM Murphy’s FHL account. Though they won, the Cobras tumbled out of the money, the expansion franchise currently seated in 4th place overall. The money is looming however, the snakes trailing the second place Bluliners ($250.00) by 15.8 points; third place ($130.00) by a mere 1.6 points. The Central Red Army are now 7-14 for the year. Overall, the Army remain stationed in the basement, now 55.8 points from daylight (11th place).

Boulder Flyers: 53.4
Between the Pipes: 37.0

Cam Talbot and his 40 save shutout planted a nail in Between the Pipes coffin, the Boulder Flyers improving to 10-11. More importantly, the Flyers squeezed back into the race for post-season cash, GM Morgan’s birds now just 44.4 points behind 3rd place and it’s $130.00 prize. Between the Pipes are now 12-9, still mathematically in contention for a share of the H2H crown - very much in contention for second place and it’s $30.00 paycheck. The Pipes also have a (long) shot at Top 3 cash, GM Miller’s squad trailing the shekels by 65.0 points.

Silicon Valley Slashers: 49.7
Wild Ducks: 26.0

After a horrible 0-3 start to the season, the Silicon Valley Slashers have upped their record to 8-13; GM Murphy now $16.00 richer. The overall standings find the Slashers lodged in 6th place. While a distant 98.3 points behind the first place Polar Bears, a season-ending payday is still a possibility, the $130.00 check for finishing in 3rd place just 50.5 points in the distance. The Wild Ducks were the best of Week 20; the worst of Week 21. The schizophrenic Ducks are now 8-13 for 2015-16, the seven-time champion stuck in 10th place overall, too many points from the money.

Ice Hogs: 52.4
Badger Bob: 42.9

The Ice Hogs closed the week in fine shape, much to the chagrin of GM Chester and his Badger Bob team. The victory placed the Hogs just one game under .500, the defending H2H champ still five games behind the division leader; a probably too-far-away 58.0 points behind the money. Badger Bob stumbled to 12-9 in defeat. While a share of the H2H title is a monster long shot, the $30.00 prize for finishing in 2nd place is very real, the Bobs currently tied with Between the Pipes, three games back. The Cup-chase standings find Badger Bob cemented in 9th place, the cash seated 83.4 wide rows in the distance.
