The play of SC Cobra Vladimir Tarasenko has provided GM Murphy with plenty of reasons to smile, the eighth overall draft pick currently leading the NHL in both goals (5) and points scored (9).

SC Cobras: 8.2
Badger Bob: 18.4
Flatlining on Saturday the Cobras now have a pulse, thanks to the play of Vladimir Tarensko who potted another two goals on Sunday. The Cobras are now in 9th place overall, 32.7 behind the first place Polar Bears. The news is also good for GM Chester as a 3.2 outing lifted his Bobs into 2nd place. H2H-wise, Badger Bobs cushion remains comfortable at 10.2.

Ice Hogs: 16.3
Wild Ducks: 7.0
The Ice Hogs departed Sunday with 3.6, a number that almost lifted them out of the basement. With 52.2 points overall, the Hogs trail daylight (i.e. 11th place) by just 0.3. The Wild Ducks continue to flounder, their points total growing by just 2.0. Currently 1-0, the Ducks trail the winless Hogs by 9.3.

Polar Bears: 18.0
Between the Pipes: 3.0
Between the Pipes were the worst weekend team as they collected just 3.0. The fast-starting team has hit a very large pothole and now find themselves parked on the side of the road, trailing the first place Bears by 13.9. GM Miller's deficit in this H2H affair is even greater, GM Elya's Bears currently 15.0 better than the suddenly rusty pipes.

Boulder Flyers: 14.2
Redliners: 16.0
"First to worst" murmurs are being heard around the league as the defending FHL Cup champion now find themselves standing on the lip of the FHL basement. With nothing to show for Sunday the Flyers failed to gain ground on their H2H opponent, the Redliners also departing the day with squat.

Ice Cats: 10.9
Bluliners: 12.4
The Ice Cats were the only team to record a point on Sunday as GM Cutshall's squad closed to within 1.5 of the Bluliners. The Bluliners now find themselves in 8th place overall while the Ice Cats slipped two notches into 4th place, trailing the Bears, Bobs and Slashers.

Misconducts: 13.7
Silicon Valley Slashers: 13.0
The Slashers haven't garnered any headlines but they've been quietly efficient, a 3.1 Sunday placing them in 3rd place, just 9.4 behind the top spot. The Misconducts remain in 5th place but saw their H2H lead shrink, GM Smalley's undefeated squad now just 0.7 better than the also undefeated Slashers.
