The weekend was kind to the Ice Cats as they jumped out of the basement and into 8th place in the overall standings, thanks in large part to defenseman Tyson Barrie and his 3 assist Saturday.Ice Cats: 16.6
Polar Bears: 16.7On paper this looks like a rout as the 5-2 Polar Bears square off against the 2-5 Ice Cats. The weekend proved otherwise as the underdog Cats are keeping pace with the heavily favored Bears, GM Elya's first place team currently nursing a 0.1 lead.
Bluliners: 15.4
Misconducts: 13.0With a league-worst record of 1-6 the 9th place (overall) Misconducts are desperate for a win. GM Smalley's squad remains desperate after the weekend as they trail the surging and now-in-sixth-place Bluliners by 2.4.
Boulder Flyers: 14.4
Dream Team: 9.0The Dream Team, 4-3, posted the second lowest score of the weekend. That fact alone had GM Morgan smiling as his 3rd place Boulder Flyers, 3-4, find themselves 5.4 in front with 5 days remaining in the week.
Wild Ducks: 12.1
Redliners: 12.0Vastly improved in recent weeks the Redliners, 5-2, do battle with the 2nd place Wild Ducks, 3-4. After two days on the ice this one looks like must-see TV as GM Collard's Ducks lead GM Megan's Reds by a scant 0.1.
Timbers: 7.3
Ice Hogs: 9.0Both squads are sliding south; the Ice Hogs slipping to 4th place overall while the Timbers have landed in the basement once again. Their H2H battle remains close however as neither team reached the double digit plateau; the Ice Hogs advantage slight at 1.7.
