WEEK 1 (thru Thursday) OlQEML7
After netting nothing on opening day Badger Bob was the best Day 2 team, defensemen Jacob Trouba collecting a goal, two assists and 9.0 points - the Bobs now sitting in 2nd place after their league-best 20.3 point performance.

Polar Bears: 12.0
Badger Bob: 20.3

In addition to the play of Trouba, Badger Bob received significant numbers from Petr Mrazek (33 save win) and Blake Wheeler (2g), the Bobs 7.0 point Wednesday deficit now an 8.3 point Thursday lead.

Vegas Vipers: 5.0
SC Cobras: 21.3

The SC Cobras rocketed into 1st place by ripping 18.2 points on Thursday, Mika Zibanejad (1g, 3a) contributing 8.0 to his team’s heavy haul. The Vegas Vipers meanwhile continue to tread water, GM Miller’s arms-flailing squad dispatched to last place, a distant 16.3 points in rear of their Week 1 opponent.

Central Red Army: 13.8
Boulder Flyers: 12.9

Tuukka Rask posted a 28 save win, shoving the Central Red Army in front of the Boulder Flyers, GM Buker’s troops now leading this non-divisional battle by 0.9 points with three days remaining in the week.

Rocky Rocks: 14.2
Wild Ducks: 19.0

Players who miss the preseason typically are slow out of the gate. Not so for Mikko Rantanen as the Flying Finn pocketed two goals, his Rocky Rocks team bettering the Wild Ducks by 0.2 points on Thursday; the Rocks now trailing the Ducks by a manageable 4.8.

Bluliners: 10.7
Ice Hogs: 13.5

After posting 0.0 points on Day 1, the Bluliners responded with 10.7 on Day 2; the number however not enough to catch and pass the Ice Hogs, GM Henry’s persistent pigs leading this pitched Probert division clash by 2.8.

Cherry Pickers: 11.1
Misconducts: 14.0

Very little separated the Cherry Pickers and Misconducts on Day 2, the Pickers picking 6.8 from the Thursday tree while the Misconducts walked away with 7.0. As such very little has changed (other than there being one less day in the week), the Misconducts carrying a 2.9 lead into a light 5-game Friday.
