Thanks to Roberto Luongo and his 39 save shutout (7.8 points), the Ice Hogs have vaulted over three teams in the overall standings, the once cellar-dwelling franchise now sitting comfortably in 8th place.

Ice Hogs: 31.4
SC Cobras: 19.9

With the week galloping down the backstretch the Ice Hogs are on track to secure their 4th win of the season, GM Henry's pigs now 11.5 better than the 10th place Cobras.

Between the Pipes: 20.7
Ice Cats: 23.0

On the strength of a 9.0 Monday the Ice Cats have pulled ahead of Between the Pipes, GM Cutshall's 4-1 team now leading the 2-3 Pipes by 2.3.

Boulder Flyers: 29.0
Silicon Valley Slashers: 23.6

The Slashers continue to dig out of their deep weekend hole, another better-than-the-Flyers-day placing GM Murphy's outfit just 5.4 in back of GM Morgan's birds.

Polar Bears: 22.0
Bluliners: 16.7

The Bluliners carded 7.0 on the third day of the seven day week, GM Hamilton's team gaining 4.0 on the relatively quiet first place Polar Bears.

Badger Bob: 20.3
Wild Ducks: 19.1

Johnny Be Good was good again on Monday, Mr Tavares potting 5.0 points (2g, 1a) to lead his team; a team now 1.2 better than the last place Wild Ducks.

Misconducts: 15.3
Redliners: 18.7

The Misconducts were good for 6.3 on Monday, 4.3 more than the Redliners; GM Smalley's 4-1 team still trailing the upset-minded Reds by 3.4.
