Bluliners: 71.1
Ice Cats: 69.4
Ice Hogs: 56.6• By posting the best score of Week 22 the Bluliners increased their lead in the overall standings, now 40.1, and improved to 12-10 in the H2H2H race; tied with the Boulder Flyers. The H2H2H champion wins $25.00; second place receives $9.00. The FHL Champion receives $350. If the Bluliners run the table, GM Hamilton will depart the 2013-14 season carrying $417.00.
• The Ice Cats made a mad dash on Friday - posting 21.3 points - yet fell just short of the Bluliners and what would have been their 9th $3.00 win of the season. Instead the Cats were saddled with another loss; the last money spot (3rd place) now 63.1 points in the distance.
• The Ice Hogs had a respectable week but once again walked away empty-handed, their H2H2H record now 5-17.
Dream Team: 53.9
Boulder Flyers: 50.7
Misconducts: 33.3• It’s too late for the Dream Team to make any significant headway in the standings, however their improved play has resulted in consecutive $3.00 wins, their H2H2H record now 5-17.
• There was no miracle finish this week as the Boulder Flyers fell to the Dream Team and into a tie for for first place in the H2H2H race. Winning the grand prize - the FHL Cup - will take some doing as Morgan’s wobbling Flyers now trail the Bluliners by 41.8.
• Once again it's all bad news for the Misconducts as GM Smalley’s misfiring squad posted the league’s lowest score, their H2H2H record now 9-13; their chances of finishing in the money just about nil.
Polar Bears: 59.0
Wild Ducks: 49.9
Redliners: 43.2• The Polar Bears finally got their paws around another H2H2H win, improving to 5-17 for the season. Despite the solid effort GM Elya’s second place team was pushed even further from the FHL Cup as they now trail the Bluliners by 40.1.
• The Wild Ducks fell for the 14th time, GM Collard’s waddling franchise now 8-14 for the season. Lodged securely in 8th place in the overall standings, the Ducks are a sad 170.4 shy of a money finish; a safe 70.3 clear of the FHL basement.
• Another week and another loss for the Redliners, now 2-20, as GM Megan surely can’t wait to wash her hands clean of the 2013-14 FHL season.
