PostSubject: WEEK 18 (thru Sunday)   Sun Feb 02, 2014 9:42 pm

Phil Kessel stabilized the Ice Cats listing ship, collecting 13.0 (3g, 1a) on Saturday.

Ice Cats: 20.3
Wild Ducks: 4.0
Redliners: 16.8

In need of a big week to re-enter the race for the FHL Cup, Phil Kessel answered the bell, his Ice Cats team closing the weekend with a league-best 20.3. The Cats are now just 77.7 behind the first place Bluliners; 62.6 behind a 3rd place money-finish. In search of 7th place in the overall race, the 8th place Wild Ducks endured a miserable two days, their 4.0 showing the worst among the nine FHL teams.

Boulder Flyers: 17.8
Misconducts: 13.0
Polar Bears: 7.8

The Belle Tire "Match of the Week" features the two best H2H2H teams; the Misconducts, 9-8, and the Boulder Flyers, 9-8, battling for the outright division lead. After the weekend the Boulder Flyers are in front, leading GM Smalley's squad by 4.8. The Polar Bears are hoping to play the spoiler. No luck yet as the Bears are off to a slow start, uncovering 10.0 fewer than the Flyers.

Ice Hogs: 6.9
Bluliners: 14.0
Dream Team: 18.9

The Bluliners hope to stop the H2H2H bleeding by securing their 9th win of the season. The Ice Hogs are accommodating GM Hamilton's wishes, netting just 6.9. The Dream Team however are putting up a fight, their 18.9 weekend placing them 4.9 in front of the FHL's first place place team.
