| Wild Ducks Not Dead YetAlexander Edler (left) picked a good day to deliver, unpacking 5.0 (1g, 1a) for his Wild Duck team.Wild Ducks: 58.9 Polar Bears: 51.2 Ice Cats: 45.6In last place most of the year, the Wild Ducks have been given up for dead. Take notice: the defending FHL Cup champion is not dead yet, posting the best score of the week to win their second match of the season. The Polar Bear horses couldn't keep pace with the Ducks, but the first place overall squad had another solid week, their lead now 30.3; their won/loss record, 3-4. Bringing up the rear, the Ice Cats once again walked away empty-handed, their season mark a league-worst 0-7. Ice Hogs: 48.0 Misconducts: 41.9 Boulder Flyers: 35.4The in-form Ice Hogs improved to 4-3 with this 6.1 victory and are now tied with the Bluliners for the head-to-head-to-head lead. Playing their best hockey to date, Henry's Hogs closed the week in 3rd place overall; 38.6 back of the front-running Bears. Both the Misconducts and Boulder Flyers slipped to 3-4 in defeat; the slumping Flyers posting the lowest numbers of the week. Bluliners: 52.6 Dream Team: 46.4 Redliners: 42.9The Bluliners are quietly having one of their best seasons in recent memory; in second place overall and leading the head-to-head-to head race (tied with the Hogs) with a record of 4-3. The Redliners, now 1-6, have struggled but were solid in Week 7, successfully steering clear of the FHL cellar. The Dream Team, 1-6, were steady yet unspectacular, their won/loss record now "critical" with 18 weeks remaining in the season. WEEK 8Bluliners v. Dream Team v. Ice Hogs Boulder Flyers v. Ice Cats v.
