WEEK 22 (FINAL) EKrNuF4
After surrendering a substantial 23.4 point “thru Friday” lead, the Cherry Pickers regrouped and rallied past Baba Booey on the final day of the week; defenseman Mikhail Sergachev (1g, 1a) collecting 6.0 of his teams all-important 14.1 points, the Pickers - with the thrilling come-from-behind win - laying claim to the league’s best H2H record and a first round playoff bye.

Cherry Pickers: 77.1
Baba Booey: 69.2

On the strength of the second tiebreaker (position in overall standings) the Cherry Pickers, 13-9, got the nod over the Misconducts and their identical 13-9 mark, GM Recoskie to spend the first week of the H2H playoffs scouting the competition. Baba Booey had a shot at a first round bye but succumbed to the Pickers Sunday assault, GM Carling and his 12-10 record to lock horns with the Lumberjacks, also 12-10, in the opening round of postseason play.

Central Red Army: 51.2
Misconducts: 56.2

The Misconducts stunned the Central Red Army on Sunday, a 23.3 point final day providing GM Smalley with his 13th victory of the season. Tied with the Cherry Pickers for the league’s best record, the Misconducts, as the No. 2 seed, will begin their quest for the 2021-22 FHL H2H title against the Wild Ducks. With clubs in hand, the Central Red Army, as expected, were dispatched to FHL Meadows; the 6th place (overall) team still a serious contender for Top-3 cash.

SC Cobras: 30.2
Wild Ducks: 72.8

In resounding fashion, the Wild Ducks booked a seat in the seven-team playoffs, the surging squad, 11-11, claiming a berth by winning the first tiebreaker with the also 11-11 Bluiners; the Ducks having defeated the Bluliners twice during the regular season. Seeded 7th, the Ducks will face the second-seeded Misconducts in the opening round. The SC Cobras will begin postseason play on a huge down note, the week-worst snakes, seeded 6th, to lock horns with the Boulder Flyers in Round One.

Bluliners: 96.5
Polar Bears: 55.3

The hottest team in the league will not be skating in the postseason - which is music to the ears of every GM who has qualified - the Bluliners, 11-11, to spend the playoffs on the sidelines. As such, the Bluliners will turn all of their attention to the FHL Cup and it’s $600.00 prize, GM Hamilton already sitting on $60.00 worth of Best Week and Best Week of the Season bonuses. The Polar Bears finished the year with a record of 10-12, GM Elya still hoping (and praying and dreaming) that his team can make a run at Top-3 cash over the final five weeks of the season.

Boulder Flyers: 54.6
Lumberjacks: 62.4

The Boulder Flyers appeared to have a lock on a first round playoff bye but the team faltered down the stretch, the Flyers losing three of their final four matches. Seeded 3rd, the Flyers will begin postseason play against the struggling SC Cobras. By toppling the league’s best team, the resilient Lumberjacks are heading to the playoffs where they will seek a share of the $190.00 purse, the 12-10 squad beginning play as seed No. 5.

Rocky Rocks: 42.8
Ice Hogs: 47.3

The Ice Hogs up-and-down-and up-and-down-and up-and-down season ended on an up note, the Hogs netting just enough points on Sunday to claim their 10th victory; GM Henry departing the H2H regular season with a record of 10-12. Rocky Rocks lost again, the league's worst team - in dead-last overall - tumbling to 7-15.

PLAYOFFS (Round One)
Misconducts (2) v. Wild Ducks (7)
Boulder Flyers (3) v. SC Cobras (6)
Baba Booey (4) v. Lumberjacks (5)

Coming Soon: Preview, H2H playoffs
