WEEK 9 (thru Tuesday) RNAhimS
After a slow start to the season, Auston Matthews is once again in Beast Mode, the 24 year-old sniper netting two goals, an assist and 7.0 points - his 10th goal in his past seven games - the Wild Ducks now banging furiously on the front door of the 1st place Booeys, the Ducks trailing the league’s best team by just 1.2 points.

Wild Ducks: 24.0
Central Red Army: 24.7

The Wild Ducks have been off the charts good but the Central Red Army have been off the charts good and then some, GM Buker and his invigorated troops getting 9.0 points from defenseman Roman Josi (1g, 2a) - the Army and their 18.6 point Tuesday leading this heated duel by 0.7.

Baba Booey: 18.8
Ice Hogs: 8.0

While not cutting sheets of plywood and searching for nails to board up his 1st place front door, GM Carling and his Baba Booey team were once again outscoring the Ice Hogs - the heavily favored Booeys now leading this non-divisional pairing by 10.8 after outpointing the Hogs 8.8 to 6.0.

Cherry Pickers: 13.8
Boulder Flyers: 20.2

The Cherry Pickers moved closer to the fast-starting Boulder Flyers by outscoring their opponent 8.8 to 5.0, GM Recoskie’s shuffling squad now trailing by 6.4 points ahead of a typically quiet four-game Wednesday.

Lumberjacks: 15.0
Rocky Rocks: 18.8

Artemi Panarin was all over the ice on Tuesday as the in-form winger netted two goals, two assists and 10.0 points, the last place Rocks and their 13.0 point performance now leading the 10th place Lumberjacks by 3.8.

Bluliners: 9.0
Misconducts: 15.8

The Misconducts are thinking “upset win” after outscoring the favored Bluliners 9.8 to 6.0, GM Smalley’s needa-win team now leading this non-divisional duel by 6.8 points with five days remaining in the week.

Polar Bears: 18.0
SC Cobras: 8.4

The Polar Bears are a money team after landing in 3rd place on Tuesday evening, Morgan Rielly spearheading the teams 17.0 point attack with a rare four-assist, 9.0 point game; the Bears now leading the slow-slithering SC Cobras by 9.6.
