The Cherry Pickers Mikael Granlund (4a) bagged 7.0 points but his team was overwhelmed by the Lumberjacks; the underdog Jacks now in the driver’s seat as they lead the heavily-favored Pickers by 8.4 points.

GM Rocky didn’t make any roster moves on Monday, which so far has done nothing but help the troubled team; the Rocks and their commendable 10.2 point effort skating to within 0.9 points of the 1st place Booeys.

The Boulder Flyers had a lot of points slip through their fingers as Filip Forsberg (traded) and Roope Hintz (benched) combined for 23.0 points, the leaking Flyers (1.0 point) now trailing the Ice Hogs (14.7 points) by 9.4.

Bluliners: 9.0
