WEEK 3 (thru Thursday) OJNfn5T
There was no getting a puck past Jake Allen on Thursday as the veteran goaltender successfully deflected all 45 pucks he faced, the undrafted Week 2 waiver-wire acquisition guiding the Wild Ducks to an 18.0 point evening; the in-flight Ducks landing 21.3 points in back of 1st place.

Baba Booey: 29.5
Wild Ducks: 34.0

Baba Booey also had a 45 save shutout, 9.0 point goalie in Jacob Markstrom. What they didn’t have was additional support, the eight other Booeys who took to the ice combining for just 1.0 point; GM Carling's squad now trailing the Ducks by 4.5 with three days remaining in the week.

Central Red Army: 39.2
Ice Hogs: 21.8

Goaltender Frederik Andersen was also in “not on my watch” mode as he posted a 33 save, 6.6 point shutout - the 4th place Central Red Army officially thrashing the points-hungry Ice Hogs; the winless Hogs and their Thursday-worst 2.0 points now trailing by 17.4.

SC Cobras: 21.6
Cherry Pickers: 26.2

The Cherry Pickers increased their lead slightly as they outgunned the league’s best team 8.0 to 5.0, GM Recoskie carrying a delicate 4.6 point lead into a sturdy six-game Friday.

Polar Bears: 25.4
Boulder Flyers: 28.1

The Polar Bears continue to chip away at the lead of the Boulder Flyers; the fort of the Flyers fortified by defenseman Cale Makar (1g, 1a) - Makar’s 6.0 point effort keeping the Flyers on top, their “thru Thursday” lead reduced to 2.7 points.

Misconducts: 20.2
Rocky Rocks: 18.0

Not much to see here as two below average teams posted two below average scores, the 11th place Misconducts now leading by 2.2 points after outpointing the 12th place Rocks 7.4 to 5.0.

Lumberjacks: 12.8
Bluliners: 15.8

The Lumberjacks were one of the worst teams on Thursday, a meager 3.0 points dropping the team into 6th place overall. Fortunately for the Jacks and their win-hopes, their H2H opponent wasn’t much better, the Bluliners and their 4.5 points now leading this Nerf war by 3.0.
