“SELL! SELL! SELL!” were the screams of FHL investors after the stock of Badger Bob dropped to 6th place overall, the one-time King of the Pack now lodged in the no-frills middle. Meanwhile, GM Miller may soon have his mitts on a hugely important win, the Vegas Vipers and their 3.0 point Wednesday now leading this Grimson division duel by 11.4.

Boulder Flyers: 16.4
Rocky Rocks: 15.8
After a productive Day 1 and a very productive Day 2, Rocky Rocks hit the pause button on Day 3, the team dressing no one on Wednesday. The Boulder Flyers took full advantage of the not-rolling Rocks, a league-best 7.0 point effort providing the Flyers with a slim 0.6 point lead.

Cherry Pickers: 1.0­
Expecting a heated Probert division match, the Pig Pen was packed, the state-of-the-art arena jammed with over 18,000 fans. Upon learning that neither team had a player dressed on Wednesday, all walked away disappointed, the idle Ice Hogs still leading the also-idle Cherry Pickers by 1.0.

Polar Bears: 4.2­
The Wild Ducks brought Mark Scheifele to Wednesday; the Polar Bears countered with nobody. When the ice spray settled, nobody was just as good as Scheifele, the Bears entering the All-Star break with the same 1.2 point lead.

Central Red Army: 5.0­
Rookie goaltender Elvis Merzjikins won his 5th consecutive game on Wednesday, the beaming backstop adding another 2.7 points to his team’s kitty, the wanna-win Bluliners now leading the hafta-win Central Red Army by 2.7.
