It seems Concussion Junction wasn’t happy with their new home in the basement as they quickly hired the Marc-Andre Fleury Moving Company to return them to ground level, Fleury backstopping a 34 save, 6.8 point shutout on Saturday - the 50th shutout career of his career - the Junction returning to the cozier digs of 11th place.

Concussion Junction: 30.8
Badger Bob: 40.1

Concussion Junction uncorked enough points to remove themselves from the FHL cellar but it didn’t put a dent in their H2H deficit - Badger Bob actually gaining ground with their 17.0 point effort - the Bobs a near lock to win their second match of the season.

Vegas Vipers: 41.5
Ice Hogs: 59.6
­
Defender Morgan Rielly ripped two goals to pace the Ice Hogs league-best attack, a 23.9 point outing lifting the Hogs into 5th place overall. GM Henry’s pigs will also win their 3rd match of the season as they are currently 18.1 points better than the 6th place Vegas Vipers.

Wild Ducks: 39.7
Central Red Army: 32.3

The Wild Ducks are once again the best team in the league, an 11.0 point Saturday lifting the team past the sagging Bluliners. The Ducks however still have a H2H battle on their hands as they lead the Central Red Army by just 7.4.

Polar Bears: 64.6
SC Cobras: 51.2

The Polar Bears only carded 7.0 points on Saturday but they remain on course to win their first match of the season, GM Elya’s squad leading the SC Cobras by 13.4 with only a three-game Sunday remaining on the Week 5 docket.

Bluliners: 35.1
Misconducts: 37.7

The Bluliners fumbled the puck on Day 6 as a league-worst 3.0 point performance dropped the team into 2nd place. The lack of points also allowed the Misconducts to commander the lead, GM Smalley’s squad now up by 2.6 after their solid 16.2 point Saturday.

Boulder Flyers: 44.2
Ice Cats: 30.6

The Boulder Flyers outpointed the Ice Cats 11.0 to 6.0, as such, the Flyers remain on the road that leads to a win; the last place Cats still navigating a trail that would result in a loss.
