Sunday provided the Polar Bears with reason to believe they may soon exit the basement, Brayden Point (1g, 2a) netting 5.0 of his team’s 11.6 points, the Bears drawing to within 20.8 points of 11th place and now, just 63.7 points behind the first place Bluliners.

Misconducts: 52.7
Polar Bears: 48.9

The Polar Bears were the best Sunday team but the effort didn’t result in a victory, the Bears falling to 0-3 on the season; the only FHL team yet to locate a win. The Misconducts improved to 2-1 and now sit atop the Domi, tied with the Central Red Army. Overall, the Misconducts closed the week in 6th place, 26.9 points shy of the top.

Bluliners: 65.6
Wild Ducks: 45.4
The Bluliners were the best of the FHL for the second consecutive week, the first place team improving to 2-1 on the season; tied with two other teams for the Probert division lead. The Wild Ducks lost for the first time, the squad still leading the Grimson with a record of 2-1. In search of their 9th FHL Cup, the Ducks sit in 3rd place, 10.0 points back.

SC Cobras: 53.3
Central Red Army: 29.6

The SC Cobras enjoyed their best week to date, their first win of the season placing GM Murphy’s squad just one game back in the Domi. The Cobras also saw their overall fortunes improve, the 9th place team just 35.8 points behind the best of the FHL. The Army slipped to 2-1 in defeat, the 8th place team still the best of the Domi, tied with the Misconducts.

Boulder Flyers: 42.4
Vegas Vipers: 36.4
The Boulder Flyers handed the Vegas Vipers their first loss of the season, the Flyers improving to 2-1; the Vipers slipping to 2-1. Both teams are the best of their divisions, the Flyers tied for the Probert lead while the Vipers sit on top of the Grimson, tied with the Ducks. The overall picture finds the Vipers in 2nd place; the Flyers occupy slot No. 4.

Badger Bob: 54.5
Ice Hogs: 29.3
Badger Bob made a return to their winning ways, a solid Week 3 resulting in their first victory of the season; the 1-2 team just one game back in the Grimson. The Ice Hogs were the worst team of the week, the poor showing dropping the team to 2-1 and 5th place in the overall standings. Badger Bob starts Week 4 as the league’s 6th best team.

Concussion Junction: 38.4
Ice Cats: 31.4

Concussion Junction won their first-ever H2H match, handing a loss to the Ice Cats. The Junction are now 1-2 on the year, one game behind the Domi division leaders. With a record of 1-2, the Cats are now resting at the bottom of the Probert. The big picture finds the Junction in 10th place, 41.6 points back. The Cats are one step from the basement, the 11th place team trailing the Bluliners by 42.9.
