| Drafting the entire first line of the Dallas Stars paid dividends for GM Miller on Saturday as Alexander Radulov (1g, 2a), Tyler Seguin (2g, 2a) and Jamie Benn (2g, 1a) combined for 22.0 points, the starstruck Vegas Vipers bolting into first place overall, 11.9 points better than the Battered Flyers.Vegas Vipers: 49.8 Badger Bob: 26.3 Badger Bob Gibson backstopped a perfect 41 save, 8.2 point shutout but his team was nevertheless steamrolled by the Vegas Vipers, a season-best 35.4 point eruption providing the Vipe with a 23.5 point lead and their soon-to-be first win of the season. Boulder Flyers: 37.9 Concussion Junction: 37.7The Boulder Flyers netted 11.0 points but couldn’t keep pace with Concussion Junction and their 14.2 point effort - Jonathan Toews pocketing his 5th career hat trick, the Junction drawing to within 0.2 points of the suddenly nervous Flyers. Central Red Army: 36.2 Bluliners: 25.6P.K. Subban collected two assists but his Bluliners team was once again outpointed by the Central Red Army; Ben Bishop and his 32 save win leading the march, the Army now 10.6 points in front. Misconducts: 30.0 SC Cobras: 25.4 The SC Cobras were mostly swinging and missing until Mark Giordano roared to the rescue, the veteran hardshot ripping 9.0 points (1g, 2a) in the final game on Saturday, his Cobras team still in the hunt for a win, trailing the Misconducts by 4.6. Wild Ducks: 36.6 Polar Bears: 11.3Carter Hutton finally provided GM Elya with a reason to smile, the Polar Bears netminder posting a 43 save win. The effort though was far too little, far too late, the Wild Ducks countering with two goaltending wins - Carey Price and Semyon Varlamov combining for 5.6 points - the Ducks advantage still insurmountable at 25.3. Ice Hogs: 36.1 Ice Cats: 22.4 The Ice Cats were the worst Saturday team, netting a conspicuously quiet 4.0 points. The Ice Hogs meanwhile were unloading 16.3 points on their opponent, Andrei Vasilevskiy (42 save win) and defender Morgan Rielly (1g, 1a) providing the Hogs with a 13.7 point advantage.
