The Ice Cats all-or-nothing Eric Staal had a memorable Friday, ripping three goals.ICE HOGS: 53.7ICE CATS: 40.0Despite the heroics of Ice Cat Eric Staal, the Ice Hogs defeated the GM Cutshall's team with relative ease, improving to a league-best 9-2 in the process. The Ice Cats, once the best of the Howe, are fading fast, their match record now below par at 5-6.
WILD DUCKS: 46.6POLAR BEARS: 44.5The win-hungry Polar Bears rally fell short as they lost to the gliding Wild Ducks, their Gretzky division record now further below .500 at 4-7. The Wild Ducks meanwhile retained a share of the Howe division lead, improving to 7-4 with the slim 2.1 victory.
BOULDER FLYERS: 53.6MISCONDUCTS: 47.0A 9.0 Friday was all the Boulder Flyers needed to sweep the Misconducts off their front porch, improving to 7-4 with the win. The Flyers remain tied with the Wild Ducks for the Howe lead. The Misconducts sorely needed the victory but GM Smalley's team couldn't deliver, sliding to 4-7 in defeat.
SPIDERMEN: 44.0MOOSES: 20.4The once-proud Mooses franchise slumped to 4-7 as they were manhandled by the Spidermen. The in-need-of-a-makeover defending champs are now on the fast track to the FHL cellar. The Spidermen meanwhile still have hope, their Gretzky division record now competitive at 5-6.
THE CROSBY SHOW: 54.0BLULINERS: 49.8The Bluliners are doing a quick fade as they were turned aside by the suddenly in-form Crosby Show. GM Hamilton's Bluliners played well in Week 11 but couldn't avoid defeat as they fell to 4-7. The Show remained in the hunt for the Gretzky division crown, improving to 6-5 with the win.
