Head-to-Head: Week 9 (FINAL) Article_15262_2
It didn't take Mike Green long to get up to speed, bagging eight FHL points (1g, 2a) on his return from injury.

WILD DUCKS: 45.0Head-to-Head: Week 9 (FINAL) Check
MOOSES: 33.5
The Wild Ducks salvaged the week with a 17.0 Friday, pounding the Mooses into submission for their 6th win of the season. GM Collard's waddlers, at 6-3, are now the sole owner of first place in the Howe division. Meanwhile, the Mooses General Manager clearly has work to do as his sagging defending champs, now 4-5 overall, were tagged with their first-ever penalty.

BLULINERS: 56.1Head-to-Head: Week 9 (FINAL) Check
BOULDER FLYERS: 53.6
The Boulder Flyers had this match in the bag, but the bag broke on Thursday and the Bluliners streaked to their 4th win of the season. With the loss, GM Morgan's birds, now 5-4, slipped into 2nd place in the Howe, 1 game behind the Wild Ducks. The Bluliners, 4-5, still have a long row to hoe as they sit 3 games behind the Gretzky leading Ice Hogs.

MISCONDUCTS: 59.2Head-to-Head: Week 9 (FINAL) Check
ICE CATS: 43.7
The Ice Cat franchise is finally feeling the effects of a dormant GM as the once on-track team was rocked by the Misconducts, losing by 15.5. After a horrid start, the Misconducts have now won 3 of their last 4 matches yet still sit 3 games behind the Howe division leader. The Ice Cats, on the southbound, stumbled to 5-4 in defeat.

ICE HOGS: 51.5Head-to-Head: Week 9 (FINAL) Check
THE CROSBY SHOW: 35.9
The Ice Hogs had their way with the FHL cellar dwellers, winning this no-contest by 15.6. As a result, the Ice Hogs retained their firm grip on the Gretzky division with a league-best mark of 7-2. With the loss, the Crosby-less Crosby Show slipped even further behind the division leader, trailing now by 3 full games.

SPIDERMEN: 48.9Head-to-Head: Week 9 (FINAL) Check
POLAR BEARS: 43.5
The Spidermen got their game back on track after a long derailment, stifling the Polar Bears to win their 4th match of the season. Now 4-5 in the Gretzky, the Spidermen remain 3 games behind the Ice Hogs. By losing, the Polar Bears, 3-6, took up residence in the Gretzky division basement, 4 games shy of the division lead.
