Whispers of "first to worst" are getting increasingly louder as the defending champion Boulder Flyers are still in last place; a never-won-the-Laughing-Bag team that has posted anemic numbers at both the goaltending (pictured) and forward positions.

Badger Bob, 4-3, was quiet on Tuesday, netting only 5.0 points. As a result the last place Boulder Flyers and their 3-4 record remain in the H2H hunt, trailing the Bobs by a mere 1.3.

Silicon Valley Slashers: 22.6
Redliners: 24.0
The Slashers have hit a dry patch, a 5.8 outing allowing the second place Polar Bears to claw to within a single point of GM Murphy's first place team. The Slashers H2H fortunes have also took a hit as the Redliners are now in front, leading by 1.4 with three days remaining in the week.

Polar Bears: 20.8
Wild Ducks: 18.9
The Polar Bears uncorked 12.8 on Tuesday and are now just 1.0 point shy of reclaiming the top spot in the overall standings. The outburst has also placed the Bears in front of the docile Ducks, GM Elyas' team now sitting on a thin 1.9 cushion.

SC Cobras: 18.2
Ice Cats: 27.2
Nursing a three game losing streak the Ice Cats, 4-3, are in desperate need of a win. So far so good for GM Cutshall's 6th place team as they lead the SC Cobras by 9.0. The Cobras remain in 9th place in the overall standings, their H2H record a bit under the weather at 3-4.

Misconducts: 23.9
Ice Hogs: 20.9
The best Tuesday score belongs to the Misconducts as they unleashed 18.5. The number kept GM Smalley's team in 3rd place overall but the deficit was butchered considerably, the Misconducts now just 19.3 behind the first place Slashers. The Ice Hogs meanwhile remain in 11th place, now 2.4 steps from the FHL basement.

Between the Pipes: 23.0
Bluliners: 21.3
The Bluliners pocketed 10.0 on the fourth day of the seven day week, GM Hamilton's team drawing closer to Between the Pipes. With the week barreling around the third turn, the Pipes advantage is just 1.7.
