Dream Teamer Nicklas Backstrom was in a giving mood on Friday, handing out 4 assists.Dream Team: 64.7
Bluliners: 54.6
Wild Ducks: 50.5A good draft is the sole reason for the Dream Team's 2013-14 success. One of their biggest coups was acquiring Nicklas Backstrom in the third round. The charitable center is third in NHL scoring with 41 points, trailing only Sidney Crosby and Patrick Kane. Backstrom was good again on Friday, netting 8.0 for his 4th place team. With the Week 11 win the Dreamers improved to 3-8 and now sit just three rows behind the division leaders. With the loss the Bluliners slipped to 6-4; the Wild Ducks, 3-8.
Ice Cats: 64.5
Boulder Flyers: 56.3
Ice Hogs: 53.1After a horrendous start to the season the Ice Cats are finally beginning to blossom, their performance in Week 11 adding $3.00 to GM Cutshall's kitty (pun intended). The Cats are now 2-9 on the year, four games back of the Bluliners and Misconducts. In the overall standings, Cutshall's frisky felines are 91.2 back of first, 47.7 shy of $100 (third place). The loss left the Boulder Flyers with a record of 4-7; the Ice Hogs are also 4-7.
Polar Bears: 49.8
Redliners: 41.2
Misconducts: 39.6The Polar Bears posted one of the worst scores of the week, their 49.8 showing better than just two other teams. As luck would have it, those two other teams were GM Elya's Week 11 opponents. As a result the fortunate Bears walked away with a $3.00 win, their record now 4-7. With their head down, the Redliners returned to the basement carrying a match record of 1-10. The Misconducts are glad the week is over, their league-low output dropping the veteran franchise to 6-5 on the year.
