| Points-poor, Phil Kessel rushed to GM Cutshall's aid, depositing 9.0 into the Ice Cats' account on Tuesday.Bluliners: 21.9 Dream Team: 30.0 Ice Cats: 28.7With both feet planted on the floor of the FHL basement, GM Cutshall was in desperate need of help. Lead by Phil Kessel's hat trick, the Ice Cats got the help they needed, exploiting Tuesday for 16.1 points. The numbers were enough to drag the Cats into 9th place overall and to within 1.3 of the DT's in the quest for a Week 3 payday. Misconducts: 31.7 Ice Hogs: 25.6 Redliners: 21.6Though they might not shine brightly every night, the Misconducts have yet to endure anything resembling a bad stretch. Tuesday was no different as an 11.3 outing inched the undefeated franchise closer to first place overall. The outburst also padded the Misconducts Week 3 advantage as they now lead the Ice Hogs by 6.1. Wild Ducks: 26.4 Boulder Flyers: 20.4 Polar Bears: 28.5After a run of good luck, the Wild Ducks have once again fallen on hard times, sliding back into the FHL basement on Tuesday. Unaccustomed to such dank dwellings, the seven-time champion Ducks are now 60.8 points behind the front-running Polar Bears. On a somewhat brighter note, only 8.5 points separates the Bears and Ducks in the race for Week 3 simoleons. |
