These transactions will consist of moves to and from your bench, trades and acquisitions.

Players cannot be acquired until after the second (FHL) week of THE FHL SEASON OCT. 22ND

DRAFTING PLAYERS

You may draft players who are injured but you cannot place them on the IR. If you draft an injured player he must be used in your bench spot

TRANSACTIONS

Trades; Acquiring a player and Moves to and from your bench

The team in last place will have the choice of any available player.
The team in 10th places will have the second choice; 9th place the third choice, etc.

When submitting acquisitions, be sure to name alternate players as you may not get your first, second choice, etc.

Trades can be 1 for 1; 2 for 1, whatever. However, you must adjust your lineup accordingly, if need be, to ensure you meet the aforementioned roster requirements.

It is assumed that all trades are made in good faith (i.e. fair). Trades deemed to be grossly unfair can be overturned by Commish Dave.

www.NHL.com is the official scoring site of the FHL.
This site is also used to determine the "official" roster position of all NHL members (i.e. Lidstrom, defenseman).

NOTE A PLAYER MUST PLAY 1 GAME IN THE NHL BEFORE HE IS ELIGIBLE TO BE PICKED UP AS A FREE AGENT ONCE THE SEASON STARTS.

INJURED RESERVE

You may place a player on IR if he is deemed out for injuries only. The player must be OUT not suspended or on leave or sent to the minors. The player must spend a minimum of two weeks on the IR and the team is responsible for activating that player. If the player comes back in a week he must stay on IR for an additonal week. If the player not activated by the team that player will become a free agent.
