WEEK 26 (thru Saturday) ZtBvtn4
There will be no stopping the SC Cobras this postseason as Jake Otteginer (30 save win, 3.0 point assist) guided his team to a 15.0 point Saturday, the SC Cobras and their truly remarkable performance during the playoffs now leading the Misconducts by 30.2 points.

Championship Match, Playoffs

SC Cobras: 129.2
Misconducts: 99.0

The SC Cobras have put a cherry on top of this match by carding the thus-far best score of the week, the Cobras hoping to add to their $120.00 winnings by also securing the $10.00 Best Week Bonus. Though the match isn’t officially over yet, the Misconducts seem resigned to their fate, the Domi division champ to fall far short of what would have been their second H2H crown.

Consolation Match, Playoffs

Cherry Pickers: 84.6
Lumberjacks: 129.7

Hoping to slam their foot on the gas, the Cherry Pickers mistakenly hit the brakes - a league-worst 3.3 point Saturday sealing the deal on this already sealed deal, the Lumberjacks skating into the final day of the 14-day playoffs carrying a beyond-heavy 45.1 point lead.

How do you spell relief? For the Boulder Flyers it was “N-O-A-H D-O-B-S-O-N,” the second-string defenseman netting a goal, an assist and 6.0 unexpected points; the 1st place Flyers and their 18.0 point Saturday now leading the 2nd place Booeys by 34.8 points with six days remaining in the season.

The Battle for the FHL Cup
Baba Booey’s bid for the FHL Cup took a hit on Saturday but the loaded team is still poised to make a run, the Flyers lead by no means insurmountable with six game-packed days remaining. The Wild Ducks have fallen completely off the FHL Cup map, a hugely disappointing 4.0 point Saturday dropping the Ducks 74.9 points behind the grand prize. The Bluliners will also need something of a miracle to hoist their 5th Cup, the team - after netting 12.0 - now seated 51.6 points behind the front-running Flyers.

The Bout for the Money
A money-lock as recently as last week, the 4th place Wild Ducks now find themselves 23.3 points behind a green finish. The Central Red Army and their 11.0 point Saturday now trail the 3rd place Bluliners by 42.1 points. The Ice Hogs received a monster 12.0 point game from defenseman Justin Faulk (2g, 1a), the Hogs hoping to capture the final $10.00 bonus as they trail the week-best SC Cobras by just 7.3 points.

The Scrap for the Laughing Bag
Despite being declared “dead,” the pinky toe of Rocky Rocks is still moving, the Rocks and their 13.6 point Saturday now planted 89.7 points behind the soon-to-be crowned H2H Champion.
