PostSubject: WEEK 17 (thru Saturday)   WEEK 17 (thru Saturday) EmptySun Feb 20, 2022 12:01 pm

WEEK 17 (thru Saturday) NvHMJ7U
The Bluliners have drawn back into their now-heated match with the Central Red Army, Elias Pettersson (1g, 2a) leading the team to a strong 12.1 point showing, the Bluliners tracking toward an improbable come-from-behind win as they now trail the wide-eyed Army by just 0.2 points.

Central Red Army: 46.1
Bluliners: 45.9

The situation looked (very) bleak early as the Bluliners trailed by as many as 22.3 points. Thats no longer the case as the barreling B’s are gunning for a huge H2H win - and possibly, the $10.00 Best Week Bonus - both GM’s on the edge of their seat as the puck drops on Day 7.
LAST DAY LINEUP (Central Red Army: 2 players; Bluliners: 6 players)
Central Red Army: Oliver Wahlstrom, Frederik Andersen
Bluliners: Aaron Ekblad, Anders Lee, Alexis Lafreniere, Adam Fox, Leon Draisaitl, Mikko Koskinen*
*Start not confirmed at press time.

Boulder Flyers: 46.2
Rocky Rocks: 22.1

The Boulder Flyers may have put the final nail in Rocky Rocks’ coffin -  the Flyers outpointing the Rocks 11.0 to 2.0 on Saturday - GM Morgan (with a provisional win stuffed in his back pocket) hauling a heavy 24.1 point lead to the final day of the week.
LAST DAY LINEUP (Boulder Flyers: 1 player; Rocky Rocks: 5 players)
Boulder Flyers: Zach Werenski
Rocky Rocks: Mika Zibanejad, Artemi Panarin, Ryan Strome, Max Pacioretty, Kris Letang

Wild Ducks: 51.9
Polar Bears: 40.3

If the Polar Bears are going to win this match they'll need something super on Sunday, the Bears - after being outscored 6.9 to 5.0 - now trailing the week-best Wild Ducks by 11.6.
LAST DAY LINEUP (Wild Ducks: 6 players; Polar Bears: 6 players)
Wild Ducks: Victor Olofsson, Patrik Laine, Evgeni Malkin, Jack Eichel, Brent Burns, Mike Matheson
Polar Bears: Connor McDavid, Seth Jones, Sebastian Aho, Teuvo Teravainen, Tony DeAngelo, Marc-Andre Fleury*
*Start not confirmed at press time.

Ice Hogs 26.0
Cherry Pickers: 27.1

A Connor Hellebuyck assist pushed the Cherry Pickers in front of their opponent, GM Recoskie looking to hand the streaky (understatement) Ice Hogs their third consecutive loss.
LAST DAY LINEUP (Ice Hogs: 4 players; Cherry Pickers: 7 players)
Ice Hogs: Jonathan Huberdeau, Brock Nelson, Ilya Sorokin*, Sergei Bobrovsky
Cherry Pickers: Patrick Kane, Chris Kreider, Miro Heiskanen, Jonathan Marchessault
Andrei Svechnikov, Chandler Stephenson, Tristan Jarry*
*Start not confirmed at press time.

Misconducts: 35.9
SC Cobras: 37.5

The Misconducts netted 6.0 points but they failed to get their arms around the SC Cobras (6.8 points), this scorching-hot Domi division war to be decided by an atypically heavy seven-game Sunday.
LAST DAY LINEUP (Misconducts: 4 players; SC Cobras: 7 players)
Misconducts: Rasmus Dahlin, Oliver Bjorkstrand, Bryan Rust, Logan Couture
SC Cobras: Jason Robertson, Vincent Trocheck, Reilly Smith, Mark Stone, Shea Theodore, Robin Lehner*, Jake Oettinger

Lumberjacks: 30.6
Baba Booey: 40.1

The Lumberjacks uncovered 5.0 points but they were repelled by the 5.2 points carded by Baba Booey, the 1st place Booeys now leading the last place Jacks by 9.5.
LAST DAY LINEUP (Lumberjacks: 1 player; Baba Booey: 5 players)
Lumberjacks: Ryan Suter
Baba Booey: Timo Meier, Jake Guentzel, Sidney Crosby, Alex DeBrincat, Mackenzie Weegar
