Defenseman Victor Hedman looks to the clock as time expires on both Week 16 and his team's opportunity to win the 2020-21 Head-to-Head Championship - the heavily favored Cherry Pickers cut down by the Lumberjacks in the tournament semifinals; the Jacks - by toppling the league’s best team - to play the Wild Ducks for the coveted H2H crown.

Lumberjacks: 46.1
Cherry Pickers: 36.7­
The Cherry Pickers needed a big game from either Victor Hedman, Brayden Point, or both. They got neither as the Lumberjacks advanced to the H2H finals by defeating the Canuck division champion; the Jacks to play for the H2H title (and $120.00) in their very first FHL season.

Wild Ducks: 53.5
Central Red Army: 35.5­
The Wild Ducks had a chance to pile on as they were the only team to dress a player on Sunday. The Ducks didn’t pile on as Ales Barr-Boulet was held in check; the Ducks to play the Lumberjacks for the H2H title; the Army to face-off against the Cherry Pickers in the consolation match.



With only one game on the schedule, there was only one fan to be found in the stands; Larry Schnitzel, President of the Bluliners Fan Club, on hand to celebrate the Bluliners lone point (Yanni Gourde assist) - the only point scored among the 12 FHL teams - the 10th place Bluliners now 42.8 points clear of the FHL basement.

The Battle for the FHL Cup
There are two weeks remaining in the FHL season. One typical week and one week that is, for the most part, a collection of make-up games; the two weeks to determine who will hoist the FHL Cup, who will win money, who will not, and of course, who will be strapped with the Laughing Bag. At this point it’s absolutely impossible to predict as only 23.7 points separates the top six teams; only 15.5 points separates the two worst teams. There's a lot at stake as you set your roster, so choose wisely (lucky choices also work).
