“THUD!” was the sound made by the derriere of Badger Bob as it slammed to the floor of 4th place, the Bobs tumbling out of the money after potting a league-worst 2.0 points on Day 2. The terrible Tuesday has also placed the broken Bobs in back of their H2H opponent, the Misconducts currently nursing a 4.7 point lead.

Cherry Pickers: 26.1
Polar Bears: 9.0­
The Polar Bears were the recipient of a three assist, 4.0 point game from Connor McDavid but it did very little to erase their massive deficit - the Bears outpointing the Cherry Pickers by just 1.5 points (7.0 to 5.5) on Tuesday - the fast-starting Pickers leading this lopsided tussle by 17.1.

Central Red Army: 20.2
Much to the dismay of GM Rocky, the Central Red Army are not following the Week 16 script, the previously-dormant Army erupting for 14.0 points on Tuesday, Leon Draisaitl (2g, 1a, 7.0 pts) helping to place his team 9.2 points in front of Rocky Rocks with five days remaining in the week.

Ice Hogs: 20.8
SC Cobras: 17.0­
Jonathan Toews (1g, 2a) contributed 5.0 of his team's 18.8 points, the two-time champion Ice Hogs storming into 2nd place in the Cup-chase standings. Despite the good overall news, the Hogs H2H advantage remains slim, the SC Cobras trailing by just 3.8 points after netting 12.0 on Tuesday.

Boulder Flyers: 23.8
Wild Ducks: 28.5­
Trailing by double-digits after Auston Matthews potted his second career hat trick, the Boulder Flyers rallied with a Connor Hellebuyck 41 save, 8.2 point shutout - the Flyers ultimately outpointing the Ducks 23.8 to 18.5 - the bounding birds trailing by just 4.7 points ahead of a very quiet two-game Wednesday.

I was going to say the same, until Kyle Connor entered Bonusland with a cheesy empty netter, so it's cool.

Taylor Hall did as well with an empty net assist and empty net goal last night as well.. 2 pts to 7 pts just like that
