WEEK 25 (thru Monday) LmcZ8u5
The Boulder Flyers were staggered by Steven “Boom Boom” Stamkos in the opening round of the seven round FHL H2H Championship match, the 29 year-old heavyweight collecting 2 goals, 2 assists and 10.0 points, the Misconducts already 7.7 points better than the weak-kneed Flyers.

Championship Match

Boulder Flyers: 7.3
Misconducts: 15.0

Outgunned 7 players to 4 on Tuesday, the Boulder Flyers will employ a rope-a-dope strategy in Round 2, the survival-mode squad - with no other plan - hoping to eventually wear down the quick-start, free-swinging Misconducts.
TUESDAY LINEUP (Boulder Flyers: 4 players; Misconducts: 7 players)

*Start not confirmed at press time.

Consolation Match

Wid Ducks: 7.0
Ice Hogs: 10.2

The Ice Hogs nickel-and-dimed their way to a solid 10.2 opener, the pigs pointed in the direction of the $30.00 consolation prize as they lead the Wild Ducks by 3.2 skating into a relatively light 7-game Tuesday.
TUESDAY LINEUP (Wild Ducks: 6 players; Ice Hogs: 5 players)
Wild Ducks: Patrick Kane, Jack Eichel, Artemi Panarin / Erik Gustafsson / Linus Ullmark,* Mikko Koskinen.*

WEEK 25 (thru Monday) JvJ1VJ4
With no less than five Dallas players in their starting lineup, the Vegas Vipers are going all-in on the Stars and their 4-game week - a bet that immediately paid dividends; the Vipers now tied for 3rd place after ripping a league-best 17.5 points on Monday.

The Bout for the Money
After 24 weeks and 2,448 NHL games, the Vegas Vipers and Boulder Flyers have the same 1,214.3 points; a number that places two sets of hands on the $175.00 prize. The Polar Bears netted just 3.0 points on Monday, their grip on the $325.00 ticket not quite as firm as the Vipers and Flyers have moved to within 7.6. The Ice Hogs meanwhile made some headway in their quest to finish in the green, the 5th place Hogs trailing the money by 28.3 points.

The Battle for the FHL Cup
Polar Bears Brayden Point and Nikita Kucherov swung and mostly missed on Tuesday - which was music to GM Collard’s FHL Cup-winning ears - the Ducks padding their large lead slightly with now, 13 days remaining in the season.

The Scrap for the Laughing Bag
Victor Hedman may prove to be Badger Bob’s ticket out of the cellar as the slingshot defender netted another 6.0 points on Monday, the Bobs getting a whiff of fresh air as they now trail Concussion Junction by just 33.4 points.
