PostSubject: WEEK 15 (thru Wednesday)   Thu Jan 10, 2019 12:17 pm

Acquired in a trade on Monday, Mark Giordano has provided instant heat for his new Vegas Vipers team, the 35 year-old defender collecting three assists and 6.0 points on Wednesday, the 2nd place Vipers now banging on the door of the penthouse suite, trailing the 1st place Boulder Flyers by just 8.7 points.

Vegas Vipers: 29.0
Ice Cats: 13.7

There were only three games on Wednesday but the Vegas Vipers still managed to uncover 11.0 points, GM Millerís squad now in full control of this crucial conflict, leading the lethargic Cats by 15.3.

Badger Bob: 19.2
Boulder Flyers: 11.6

The worst score of the week isnít treating the Boulder Flyers especially well - their overall lead shrinking and their H2H deficit growing - the swing-and-miss birds trailing the beaming Bobs by 7.6.

SC Cobras: 21.4
Wild Ducks: 26.8

The SC Cobras were slightly better than the Wild Ducks on Wednesday - outpointing their opponent 5.8 to 3.0 - but the tumbling team remains in a divot, the underdog snakes trailing the favored Ducks by 5.4.

Polar Bears: 31.6
Bluliners: 34.0

Filip Forsberg (2g) returned to the scoresheet after spending 40 days on the shelf, his Bluliners team confiscating 3rd place in the overall standings. Their 9.0 point evening however wasnít much better than the Polar Bears 8.2 showing, the Bluliners advantage still narrow at 2.4. †

Central Red Army: 28.6
Misconducts: 16.2

The Misconducts slide continues as the former 1st place team was rudely shoved into 5th place after posting nothing on Wednesday, GM Smalleyís wheels-spinning squad now trailing the Central Red Army by a worrisome 12.4.

Ice Hogs: 23.6
Concussion Junction: 13.7

The Ice Hogs added 1.0 point to their lead on Wednesday, the Hogs now 9.9 points better than Concussion Junction heading into a tide-turningly thick 12-game Thursday.
