PostSubject: WEEK 14 (thru Thursday)   Fri Jan 04, 2019 12:57 pm

Though still lodged in the dank cellar, Badger Bob is beginning to show signs of life, the defending FHL Cup champion posting the best Thursday number, Jaroslav Halak backstopping a 33 save win and dishing-out a 3.0 point assist, the breathing Bobs moving to within 20.6 points of ground level.

Ice Hogs: 41.1
Badger Bob: 24.0

Badger Bob was better than the Ice Hogs on Thursday but the slow-start team still has plenty of work to do, GM Chester’s squad still trailing this non-divisional clash by a ripe 17.1 points with three days remaining in the week.

Boulder Flyers: 42.8
Vegas Vipers: 41.9
This pitched battle of 1st and 2nd place teams remains heated, the Boulder Flyers outpointing the Vegas Vipers by a single point on Thursday, GM Morgan’s birds now uncomfortably in front, leading the Vipe by 0.9.

Wild Ducks: 40.2
Bluliners: 36.2

The Wild Ducks are 4.0 points better than the Bluliners after outpointing the Bluliners by 4.0 points on Thursday - the Ducks netting 6.0 and the B’s potting 4.0 - GM Collard’s squad now waddling down a path that leads to what would be their 10th victory of the season.

Polar Bears: 32.3
Misconducts: 26.1
The Misconducts posted a fat 15.0 points on Thursday but still lost ground in this fierce feud, Nikita Kucherov (1g, 3a) pacing the Polar Bears 16.0 point attack, GM Elya’s squad now 6.2 points better their heavily favored opponent.

Central Red Army: 52.8
SC Cobras: 26.4
The SC Cobras continue to slide south, the former 1st place team shoved into 9th place after netting a lousy point on Thursday. The Central Red Army meanwhile remain in “search and destroy” mode, the well-armed Army doubling the score of their opponent, GM Buker's advantage a Fat Lady-worthy 26.4 points.

Concussion Junction: 33.3
Ice Cats: 25.1
Concussion Junction used Thursday to distance themselves from the Ice Cats, a solid 13.0 point showing providing GM Brendan with an 8.2 point lead heading into a chunky 7-game Friday.
