PostSubject: WEEK 11 (thru Monday)   Tue Dec 11, 2018 12:16 pm

Timo Meier potted two goals in guiding his Polar Bears team to the best opening day score - and into 3rd place overall - the undrafted dumpster find now with 16 goals, 14 assists and 30 points in just 29 games.

Polar Bears: 14.3
Ice Cats: 3.0

Trailing by three games in the Grimson division, the Polar Bears and their 4-6 record can ill afford to lose a match. The same can be said of the Ice Cats and their so-far record of 4-3, the team also trailing their division leader by three games. Thus, this non-divisional match as been labeled ďcrucial,Ē the loser to put a huge dent in their playoff hopes.

Central Red Army: 1.0
Concussion Junction: 0.0

The Central Red Army trail the Domi division leader by three games, their record 4-6. Concussion Junction trail the Domi division leader by three games, their record 4-6. Nothing else needs to be said. The winner will improve to 5-6 and will remain in the playoff chase. The loser will fall to 4-7 and possibly bid a not-so-fond adieu to postseason play.

Wild Ducks: 1.0
Boulder Flyers: 8.7

A battle of division leaders as the 7-3 Boulder Flyers - the best of the Probert - do battle with the best of the Grimson, the Wild Ducks also 7-3. With both teams enjoying a two game lead in their respective divisions, other than bragging rights, there isnít anything life-or-death about this match (translated: donít buy the pay-per-view package, itís not worth the money).

Vegas Vipers: 0.0
Bluliners: 1.0

The Vegas Vipers have the worst record in the league. At 3-7, the fourth year franchise will have to win 8 of their final 12 matches to have any shot at the playoffs. With a record of 4-6, the Bluliners are also on life support, their postseason hopes also in dire need of a win. That said, the Bluliners could possibly afford to lose this match. The same really canít be said of the Vegas Vipers.

SC Cobras: 0.0
Ice Hogs: 5.0

The SC Cobras are on a tear, having won five consecutive matches - the 6-4 team poised to plant a flag on top of the Domi, trailing the division leader by a single game. The Ice Hogs are floundering but they remain in the Probert hunt with a record of 5-5. While neither squad is teetering on the edge of anything, a win would significantly increase each teams chances of securing a division title - and a lock on the playoffs.

Misconducts: 11.2
Badger Bob: 3.0

Falling hard in Week 10, Badger Bob is desperate to put the brakes on their skid, the 5-5 team now trailing their division leader by two games. The Misconducts donít have any of Bobís problems, the squad nestled on top of the Domi with a record of 7-3. With a win, the Misconducts would keep the Cobras at bay, while a Bob win would go a long, long, long way in keeping their Grimson title hopes alive.
