PostSubject: WEEK 9 (thru Tuesday)   Wed Nov 28, 2018 11:40 am

Despite being the worst H2H team in the league - and currently in the midst of a six match losing streak - the Vegas Vipers have surprisingly, and somewhat inexplicably, risen to the ranks of 3rd place, Shea Theodore (2g, 1a) and his 12.0 point evening helping to draw the 4th year franchise to within just 22.7 points of 1st place and the coveted FHL Cup.

Central Red Army: 16.2
Vegas Vipers: 27.8

The Vegas Vipers could be snuffing-out their losing streak in the most dramatic way possible, a league-best and week-best 27.8 points providing a finally-smiling GM Miller with a 12.6 point lead.

Ice Hogs: 8.0
Polar Bears: 9.6

The Polar Bears and Ice Hogs finally located points - the Bears locating a pawful more - GM Elya’s mammalians leading Henry’s Hogs by 1.6 with both teams currently lacing their skates in preparation for a five-game Wednesday.

Bluliners: 7.7
Concussion Junction: 17.0

The Bluliners listing ship continues to take on water, the worst score of the week dropping the five-time champion into 5th place overall; the paltry Week 9 number also dropping the team 9.3 points behind Concussion Junction.

Badger Bob: 10.0
SC Cobras: 13.0

GM Chester could be engineering a rare First-to-Worst campaign, the defending FHL Cup champion now just 7.3 points clear of the FHL basement - the badgered Bobs also bringing up the rear in this H2H match, trailing the SC Cobras by 3.0.

Misconducts: 14.0
Boulder Flyers: 23.0

“Goalies Schmoalies!” continues to be the Boulder Flyers rallying cry, the team currently seated in the rare air of 2nd place despite having a team full of porous netminders. Tuesday was no different as Corey Crawford was pulled after allowing six goals; the Flyers netting 12.0 points to pad their lead over the Misconducts.

Ice Cats: 11.0
Wild Ducks: 16.6

The Ice Cats pocketed 6.0 points on Tuesday but they were bettered by the 7.6 collected by the Wild Ducks. With Week 9 galloping down the backstretch, GM Collard's horses lead this non-divisional derby by 5.6 lengths.
