WEEK 9 (thru Monday) Vh9wz4X
This could be the week that the Vegas Vipers finally shed their losing streak, the team bolting out of the Week 9 blocks with the best Monday tally - Frederik Andersen leading the way with a 38 save win, his NHL-best 13th victory of the season.

Central Red Army: 12.2
Vegas Vipers: 12.8

It’s already “must-win” time for both the Vegas Vipers and the Central Red Army - the Army in dire straits with a record of 3-5; the Vipers close to dead-and-buried with a mark of 2-6. After one day very little separates the two, the Vipers - despite posting the best Monday score - only leading by 0.6.

Ice Hogs: 0.0
Polar Bears: 0.0

The cannon blast that marked the start of Week 9 was not heard by either team, the ears-plugged Ice Hogs and possibly-deaf Polar Bears failing to register a single point on Monday; the 4-4 Hogs and 3-5 Bears skating into Tuesday carrying a whole bunch of nothing.

Bluliners: 2.7
Concussion Junction: 8.9

A non-divisional match that means a little bit more to Concussion Junction than it does the Bluliners - the Junction drifting toward H2H extinction with a record of 3-5; the Bluliners still in the thick of the Probert division race with a record of 4-4.

Badger Bob: 5.0
SC Cobras: 6.0

Badger Bob is playing well, the team claiming a share of the Grimson division lead with their 5th victory of the season. A victory in Week 9 however is far from certain, the Bobs pitted against one of the hottest teams in the league, the first place SC Cobras hauling a 4-4 mark to this non-divisional rumble.

Misconducts: 9.0
Boulder Flyers: 11.0

A battle of division leaders as the Probert-best Boulder Flyers lock horns with the Domi-best Misconducts. After one day the match is leaning ever so slightly in the direction of the Flyers, an 11.0 point opener providing GM Morgan with a slim 2.0 point lead.

Ice Cats: 5.0
Wild Ducks: 9.0

Sitting atop the Grimson, the 5-3 Wild Ducks begin play as the slight favorite. The Ice Cats however have plenty to play for, the 4-4 team locked in a three-way tie for 2nd place in the Probert. With a fat 10-game Tuesday on tap, the Ducks advantage over the Cats is 4.0.
