PostSubject: WEEK 6 (thru Thursday)   Fri Nov 09, 2018 12:02 pm

Shayne Gostisbehere’s overtime winner deposited 6.0 points in the Ice Hogs FHL account - the team collecting a league-best 14.2 points in all - the Hogs now thinking “3rd FHL Cup” as they pulled to within 23.2 points of the lead.

Ice Hogs: 27.5
Central Red Army: 42.1

The Ice Hogs were the best Thursday team but the Central Red Army were pretty good themselves, GM Buker’s troops netting 10.0 to keep the pigs at bay, the Army still on course to square their H2H record, the team leading by 14.6.

Misconducts: 40.3
Concussion Junction: 17.8

The Battle of the Smalley’s is no battle at all, the Concussed Junction trailing by 22.5 after the Misconducts dumped another 14.0 points on their already buried opponent.

Polar Bears: 39.0
Boulder Flyers: 20.0

Oliver Ekman-Larsson (1g, 1a) helped his team gain a little ground but the Boulder Flyers deficit remains large, the Bears licking their chops as they lead by 19.0 heading into a six-game Friday.

Wild Ducks: 21.0
Vegas Vipers: 19.6

The Wild Ducks powered past the Vegas Vipers but the newfound lead didn’t bring a smile to GM Collard’s face as star defender, John Klingberg, was carted to the shelf. The Vipers will look to take advantage of the shorthanded Ducks, their deficit manageable at 1.4.

Badger Bob: 19.0
Bluliners: 16.7

On paper the Bluliners look good as they’re perched in 2nd place. In reality they’re not good as they are holding the lowest score of the week - a paltry number that places the four-time champion 2.3 points behind the also-not-that-great Bobs.

Ice Cats: 18.7
SC Cobras: 31.0

They’re not counting their chickens just yet but the SC Cobras are tracking toward their second victory of the season, a solid 11.6 point outing providing the snakes with a firm 12.3 advantage.
