PostSubject: WEEK 3 (thru Wednesday)   Thu Oct 18, 2018 1:16 pm

John Carlson dragged his team out of the FHL slums on Wednesday, the Misconducts now in 7th place after Carlson peppered the net for 9.0 points (1g, 2a), the 28 year-old defender now with 3 goals and 6 assists in his first 9 games.

Misconducts: 23.7
Polar Bears: 9.0

A win is starting to look unlikely for the winless Polar Bears as they were shredded by the Misconducts league-best 15.0 point explosion, GM Elya’s slipshod squad trailing by 14.7.

Wild Ducks: 12.4
Bluliners: 27.4
The Bluliners continue to keep the Wild Ducks at bay, a 5.3 Ducks effort successfully countered by the Bluliners 6.4, GM Hamilton’s team now leading this Original Six affair by 15.0.

Vegas Vipers: 13.0
Boulder Flyers: 9.0
Both the Vegas Vipers and Boulder Flyers were quiet on Wednesday, the Vipers the recipient of 2.0 points while the Flyers collected just 1.0. With four days remaining in the week, the Vipers lead is 4.0.
(Note: The Vipers score reflects a 2.0 point reduction as a Tuesday scoring change removed a goal previously credited to Aleksander Barkov).

Badger Bob: 17.4
Ice Hogs: 6.1
John Gibson posted his league-best 4th win of the season, the 34 save effort providing GM Chester with a slightly fatter cushion, the Bobs leading the Ice Hogs by 11.3 heading into a beefy 9-game Thursday.

Central Red Army: 10.9
SC Cobras: 15.9

The Central Red Army finally broke camp, pocketing 6.9 points on Day 3 of the seven day week. The SC Cobras were unable to locate a single point. As such, the Army marched closer to the snakes, their deficit now just 5.0 points.

Concussion Junction: 15.7
Ice Cats: 10.0

Concussion Junction wasn’t great as they only netted 2.0 points but it was 2.0 points more than the Ice Cats unearthed, the Junction — in search of their first win of the season - now leading this non-divisional confrontation by 5.7.
