The rotund one typically isn’t summoned to a match after just two days - especially a playoff contest - but with Twinkies stuffed in her waistband the Fat Lady is heading to Southeast Michigan, the Central Red Army erupting for 18.0 points on Tuesday, GM Buker's searing squad now leading the clawless Polar Bears by 28.4.

First round, Playoffs
Playoffs are three weeks in length (Weeks 23-25). Prize money is awarded to three teams: the H2H champion ($100.00), runner-up ($70.00) and winner of the consolation match ($30.00).

Central Red Army: 36.6
Polar Bears: 8.2­
The unheralded J.T. Miller was heralded on Tuesday, the Stamkos/Kucherov linemate netting a 9.0 point hat trick, his Central Red Army team well on their way to the semifinals of the H2H playoffs.

Wild Ducks: 17.3
Misconducts: 14.0­
The Misconducts reverted to their Week 22 ways on Tuesday, the team swinging and missing to the tune of a single point. The Wild Ducks took advantage of their misfiring opponent, a 10.3 point effort providing GM Collard with a 3.3 point lead.

Bluliners: 19.6
Ice Cats: 14.8­
Fresh off the shelf, Mike Smith (28 save, 5.6 point shutout) provided his Bluliners team with some much-needed help between the pipes, GM Hamilton's squad jumping in front of the Ice Cats, the Bluliners now leading by 4.8 points with five days remaining in the playoff week.

The Battle for the FHL Cup
One day in 2nd place is apparently all Badger Bob could stomach, the team carried back to the league's penthouse suite by a 20.0 point Tuesday, David Pastrnak doing most of the lifting with a 12.0 point, 3 goal, 1 assist performance. Despite the rude nudge, the again-healthy Bluliners remain optimistic, the four-time champion trailing the Bobs by only 5.7 points.

The Bout for the Money
The Central Red Army continue to make inroads with regard to finishing in the green, the white-hot team now just 22.1 points in back of the money and it's $175.00 booty. Meanwhile the Wild Ducks continue to chip away at the 3rd place Boulder Flyers, the Ducks now just 10.5 points short of the cash.

The Scrap for the Laughing Bag
If the current trend continues GM Murphy will soon be handing the Laughing Bag to GM Miller, the SC Cobras and their 11.0 point showing now just 35.5 points shy of the vaporized Vipers.
