PostSubject: WEEK 16 (thru Thursday)   Fri Jan 19, 2018 2:19 pm

With the San Jose Sharks playing five games this week, GM Hamilton screwedly acquired the services of Marc-Edouard Vlasic. The move paid dividends as the journeyman defender potted 6.0 points on Thursday (1g, 1a), the Bluliners with their biggest overall lead to date, now a head-shaking 86.6 points.

Central Red Army: 17.0
Bluliners: 30.9

The Central Red Army are looking for white flags after the Bluliners launched 16.4 points on Thursday, the best team in the league now leading this battle of division leaders by 13.9.

Ice Hogs: 15.2
Mooses: 26.6

The ageless Patrice Bergeron contributed a hat trick to the Mooses league-best 25.3 point attack, GM McCormick's hot and cold and cold and cold and hot team now 11.4 points better than the shell-shocked Ice Hogs.

Polar Bears: 18.7
SC Cobras: 23.3

The H2H Gods have apparently taken a liking to the Polar Bears as they can brag of a 9-6 record despite being seated in 11th place, one step from the FHL basement. The Gods however haven't been particularly pleasant in Week 16, the Bears trailing the doing-good SC Cobras by 4.6.

Wild Ducks: 29.0
Boulder Flyers: 12.0

With the Boulder Flyers one-cylinder engine stuck in neutral, the Wild Ducks have raced to a 17.0 point lead, GM Collard's on the bubble playoff team on course for their 8th win of the season.

Badger Bob: 10.0
Vegas Vipers: 23.7

With only 10.0 points Badger Bob is on the verge of being escorted to third place in the overall standings, leading the Wild Ducks by just 3.1. The Bobs are also in danger of losing to a team that hasn't won a match in six weeks, trailing the Vegas Vipers by 13.7.

Ice Cats: 7.0
Misconducts: 7.9

The junior varsity match of the week features two teams who have yet to reach the 8.0 point plateau, the wheezing Misconducts currently leading the gasping Ice Cats by 0.9.
