PostSubject: WEEK 10 (thru Thursday)   Fri Dec 08, 2017 12:05 pm

The Bluliners have built a sizeable lead with virtually no help from their first draft pick, Brent Burns - the prolific goal-scoring defensemen - with just one bonus-point game through the first two months of the season. That sizeable lead could soon become impassable as the once-cold Burns is starting to warm <insert groan here> the offense-first defender netting 6.0 points (1g, 1a) on Thursday.

Bluliners: 29.4
Mooses: 15.0

The Bluliners are cruising to what would be their sixth win of the season, a 15.0 point Friday providing GM Hamilton with a 14.4 point lead. The Mooses meanwhile were evicted from 11th place and now reside in the FHL basement, GM McCormick's derelict team squatted 124.7 points back.

Misconducts: 37.4
Central Red Army: 23.6

The Misconducts were the best of Thursday as the team unleashed 17.3 points, GM Smalley's stirring squad now 13.8 points better than the Central Red Army.

Badger Bob: 23.0
Ice Cats: 33.0

Badger Bob carded a respectable 9.0 points but they were not match for the Ice Cats and their 15.0 point barrage, GM Cutshall's now-in-second-place team leading the Bobs by 10.0.

SC Cobras: 34.6
Ice Hogs: 31.7

The SC Cobras continue to emerge from their season-long coma, another solid evening providing the snakes with the lead, GM Murphy's upset-minded squad now 2.9 points better than the Ice Hogs.

Polar Bears: 29.7
Boulder Flyers: 23.9

Despite taking one on the chin from Jake Allen (29 save shutout) the Boulder Flyers managed to gain ground on the Polar Bears, a 12.0 point showing drawing the birds to within 5.8.

Vegas Vipers: 21.3
Wild Ducks: 19.0

The Wild Ducks suddenly have life as they outpointed the Vegas Vipers by 9.0 points on Thursday, GM Collard's determined team now trailing the once-leading-by-a-lot Vipers by 2.3 points.
