WEEK 3 (thru Friday) 5jLclgZ
Pelted with 51 pucks (and a few Montreal players) on Friday, John Gibson was up to the challenge, the 24 year-old backstop posting a much-needed 49 save win for his Badger Bob team.

Badger Bob: 26.9
Polar Bears: 46.8

GM Chester still has a long row to hoe but the third year owner is pleased that his team is showing signs of life, a league-best 12.9 point Friday drawing the Bobs to within 21.9 of the still comfortably in front Polar Bears.

Misconducts: 19.0
Ice Hogs: 23.8

The Ice Hogs were the biggest mover on Friday, a 9.4 point outing placing the former fifth place team in second place, now 24.3 points in back of the Wild Ducks. The Hogs also jumped in front of their Week 3 opponent, currently leading the Misconducts by 4.8 points.

Wild Ducks: 28.0
Ice Cats: 24.6

The Wild Ducks received some healthy numbers from their trio of Penguins, GM Collard's front-runners pocketing 12.0 points on Friday. The outburst also placed the Ducks in a more comfortable Week 3 seat, the best team in the league now 3.4 points better than the Ice Cats.

Central Red Army: 31.6
SC Cobras: 25.3

Not a lot was stirring on Friday as the Central Red Army walked away from the day carrying just 1.0 point. The SC Cobras carded only 3.0. As such, the snakes have slithered slightly closer to the Army, the tenth place team now trailing the eighth place team by 6.3.

Mooses: 47.7
Boulder Flyers: 36.5

Patrik Laine deposited two goals and 4.0 points on Friday, his Boulder Flyers team moving 2.0 points closer to the rejuvenated Mooses. With only one game on Sunday, Saturday is "now or never" time for the winless franchise, the Flyers still trailing by a healthy 11.2 points.

Bluliners: 21.4
Vegas Vipers: 31.0

The battle of undefeated teams continues to favor the Vegas Vipers, GM Miller's 2-0 Vipes leading the 2-0 Bluliners by 9.6 points with 13 NHL games remaining on the Week 3 docket.
