PostSubject: WEEK 2 (thru Monday)   Tue Oct 10, 2017 12:12 pm

Nikolaj Ehlers gave his Wild Ducks team an early Christmas present on Monday, the 21 year-old Dane netting 12 points (3g, 1a), his defending champ squad moving into first place in the overall standings.

Wild Ducks: 20.8
Mooses: 3.0

Being called into action so early and so often, the Fat Lady is soon going to be asking for a raise, the first place Wild Ducks already leading the last place Mooses by 17.8 points.

Misconducts: 6.0
Boulder Flyers: 14.3

New-hire Evander Kane (2g) is already paying dividends, the Boulder Flyers posting the second best Monday score, GM Morgan's winless birds leading the favored Misconducts by 8.3 points.

Bluliners: 10.6
SC Cobras: 9.3

Mike Smith was nothing short of spectacular on Monday, the ageless 35 year-old posting a 43 save, 8.6 point shutout, his Bluliners team currently leading the back-on-track SC Cobras by 1.3.

Ice Hogs: 8.0
Ice Cats: 4.0

Alexander Ovechkin was unusually quiet but T.J. Oshie picked up the slack, a 7.0 point outing (2g, 1a) providing his Ice Hogs squad with a 4.0 point lead.

Central Red Army: 3.0
Badger Bob: 9.1

Blake Wheeler collected three assists and 4.0 points, his Badger Bob team jumping in front of the sluggish Central Red Army; the Bobs leading by 6.1.

Vegas Vipers: 5.8
Polar Bears: 11.0

Mark Scheifele (1g, 2a) and his 5.0 point outing has placed the Polar Bears in front of the Vegas Vipers, GM Elya's squad leading by 5.2 points with six days remaining in the week.
