PostSubject: WEEK 25 (thru Thursday)   Fri Apr 07, 2017 9:40 am

With Viktor Arvidsson (2g, 2a, 10.0 points) leading the assault, the Central Red Army stormed the Thursday beaches, the second year franchise erupting for a league-best 23.0 points, the Army now in 4th place overall, just 3.4 points shy of 3rd place and it's $175.00 prize.

The Battle for the FHL Cup
You won't find "Score 12.3 points after four days" in the "How to Win the FHL Cup" handbook. As such, it doesn't appear to be the year of the Ice Hog, GM Henry's sputtering team now 32.3 points behind the Wild Ducks with just three days remaining in the season.

The Bout for the Money
The Bluliners connected for 17.7 points on Thursday and now occupy 3rd place in the overall standings. The Central Red Army are hot on their heels while the Misconducts - now in 5th place - trail the cash by 9.0 points. A much bigger prize has begun to appear on the horizon - the 2nd place Ice Hogs now within range - the Bluliners just 18.5 points behind what would be a fat $325.00 end-of-the season payday.

The Scrap for the Laughing Bag
Between the Pipes did an about-face on Thursday, a pointless performance dropping the longtime cellar dweller back into the cobwebby confines of the basement.

Championship Match, H2H Playoffs

Wild Ducks: 22.0
Ice Cats: 15.4

The Wild Ducks aren't playing especially well but they're playing better than the fizzling Ice Cats, GM Collard currently jogging on the track that leads to the H2H title and it's $100.00 prize.

Consolation Match, H2H Playoffs

Misconducts: 18.0
Central Red Army: 41.0

The Misconducts were ambushed on Thursday, the Central Red Army blowing this contest wide open; GM Buker now the clear favorite to win the H2H consolation match and it's $40.00 pat on the back.
