If the Bluliners are to win their 5th FHL Cup they have a fair amount of ground to make up over the next 22 days. T.J. Oshie got that ball rolling on Saturday evening, the crafty winger bagging 12.0 points (3g, 1a) - his rising team now just 36.2 points behind the 1st place Wild Ducks.

Polar Bears: 45.1
The Bluliners erupted for a league-best 15.5 points, the B's not only back in the chase for the FHL Cup but now only 27.7 points behind 2nd place and it's $325.00 prize. The Bluliners also scooted in front of their H2H opponent, GM Hamilton's in-form squad leading the Polar Bears by 4.0 points.

Silicon Valley Slashers: 45.5
It was Cam Talbot to the rescue once again, the FHL's best goaltender backstopping a 33 save shutout (6.6 points), the Ice Hogs closing to within 8.5 points of 1st place. The Hogs will also begin H2H post-season play on an up note, another victory all but assured as they lead the Silicon Valley Slashers by 16.9 points.

The Wild Ducks unleashed 11.0 points on Saturday - not enough to keep pace with the Ice Hogs but more than enough to bury the now-out-of-the-money Central Red Army, GM Collard's outfit currently 8.8 points in front of the 4th place team.

Between the Pipes: 72.6­
Locked in the FHL cellar since October 28th of last year, Between the Pipes have finally reached ground level, a 14.8 point evening placing the second year franchise 1.9 points in front of the now-cellar-dwelling Boulder Flyers. The Pipes are also streaking toward an improbable upset victory, leading the best H2H team by 25.2 points.

SC Cobras: 18.1
Ice Cats: 32.7­
Nikita Kucherov potted goals No. 32 and No 33 on Saturday, the slippery winger guiding the Ice Cats to a 7.0 point Saturday, his wayward team now 14.6 points better than the did-nothing and doing-nothing SC Cobras.

Badger Bob: 27.0
Boulder Flyers: 39.2
The Boulder Flyers are skating toward a rare H2H victory but that fact does nothing to help GM Morgan's overall predicament, the grounded birds now sitting in the unfamiliar confines of the FHL basement.
