PostSubject: WEEK 20 (thru Saturday)   Sun Mar 05, 2017 1:03 pm

Leading the entire league by no less than 40.4 points just 8 days ago, the Ice Hogs can't seem to shake the competition, four teams now within 35.6 points of first place -- the seven-time champion Wild Ducks applying the most pressure, trailing GM Henry's rollercoasting Hogs by just 15.4 points.

Ice Hogs: 29.1
Badger Bob: 50.4

The Ice Hogs were good on Saturday but their 13.2 point effort did little more than keep pace with the four FHL Cup contenders. Meanwhile, Badger Bob is rockin' to the tune of "You Might Want to Save Some of Those Points for Next Week," another league-best effort placing the blistering Bobs 12.3 points in front their favored opponent.

Wild Ducks: 51.7
Ice Cats: 51.0

The Wild Ducks 3-Day comeback plan is working like a charm. Trailing for most of the week, the Ducks unleashed 14.1 points on Saturday, the 2nd place team now 0.7 points better than the once-leading-by-a-lot Ice Cats.

Central Red Army: 45.2
Between the Pipes: 32.7

The Central Red Army defused Friday's Between the Pipes bomb scare, GM Buker's 3rd place squad again comfortably in front after depositing 11.0 points into their account on Saturday.

Bluliners: 41.2
SC Cobras: 24.2

GM Chester's chants of "Go Cobras Go!" apparently lulled the second year franchise to sleep, GM Murphy's squad posting a mere 2.0 points on Saturday. Embroiled in a fierce battle with Badger Bob for the final playoff spot, the Bluliners took full advantage of the napping snakes, a 13.1 point effort providing GM Hamilton's squad with a 17.0 point lead.

Misconducts: 34.1
Polar Bears: 31.0

Hoping to tag the Misconducts with just their 4th loss of the season, the Polar Bears got tagged themselves, a lousy 2.0 point Saturday dropping the defending FHL Cup champion 3.1 points behind the 5th place Misconducts.

Boulder Flyers: 39.5
Silicon Valley Slashers: 33.6

The Silicon Valley Slashers continue to chip away at the Boulder Flyers once comfortable lead, a 13.2 point Saturday leaving the Slashers just 5.9 points behind the previously smiling Boulder Flyers.
