PostSubject: WEEK 16 (thru Wednesday)   Thu Feb 02, 2017 1:00 pm

Nicklas Backstrom's 5.0 point performance (1g, 2a) was a good chunk of his team's 8.0 point output, the Misconducts streaking past the stalled Ice Hogs on Wednesday; GM Smalley once again residing in the comfy confines of the FHL penthouse.

Misconducts: 57.0
Boulder Flyers: 34.3

The Misconducts are hoping their stay in 1st place will be longer than their last, GM Smalley's squad now 5.0 points better than the 2nd place Ice Hogs. The Boulder Flyers meanwhile have sunk into a cavernous hole, their H2H deficit currently 22.7 points deep.

Ice Hogs: 43.4
Bluliners: 29.5

The Ice Hogs had nothing to show for Wednesday, GM Henry now sitting amongst his belongings on GM Smalley's driveway. The Bluliners were in a position to capitalize but capitalize they did not, GM Hamilton's squad still trailing the Hogs by double digits and then some.

Wild Ducks: 47.4
Badger Bob: 53.4

The Wild Ducks have begun to right their listing Week 16 ship, a 6.0 point day lifting GM Collard's team to within 18.9 points of 1st place. The Ducks have also closed the gap on their Wednesday-quiet opponent, now trailing Badger Bob by only 6.0 points.

Ice Cats: 68.4
Central Red Army: 59.9

The Ice Cats pounded out another 6.4 points on Wednesday, the suddenly relevant team now just 60.8 points in back of 1st place. Despite having trouble with the Ice Cats, the Central Red Army are also navigating north, GM Buker's in-form squad just 44.1 points behind the front-running Misconducts.

SC Cobras: 51.0
Polar Bears: 38.8

In need of a win to remain playoff relevant, the Polar Bears will have to conjure up a fast finish. Wednesday helped a bit, the Bears squeezing 6.0 points out of the day, GM Elya's team now 12.2 points in rear of the SC Cobras.

Between the Pipes: 33.2
Silicon Valley Slashers: 44.8

Between the Pipes were one of the best Wednesday teams, gaining 3.0 points on their H2H opponent. With four days remaining in the week, GM Miller still has a legitimate shot at a win, now sitting just 11.6 rows behind the Silicon Valley Slashers.
