PostSubject: WEEK 12 (thru Tuesday)   Wed Dec 28, 2016 1:17 pm

With nine points in his last seven games (3g, 6a) Charlie Coyle was wanted by a number of FHL owners. The Ice Cats won the Coyle lottery, inking the 24-year-old on Tuesday, the unheralded center netting 2.0 of his team's league-best 26.1 points.

Bluliners: 9.0
Ice Cats: 26.1

The week is young but the Bluliners already have a monumental task on their hands, GM Hamilton's 4th place squad trailing the up-and-coming Ice Cats by 17.1 points.

Ice Hogs: 15.5
Boulder Flyers: 5.0

With Ben Bishop on the shelf, Kari Lehtonen was called into action. The veteran backstop didn't disappoint, a 35 save win - and a 3.0 point assist - guiding his Ice Hogs team to a 15.5 point evening and a 10.5 H2H lead.

Misconducts: 2.0
Central Red Army: 13.8

A league-worst 2.0 point opener has dropped the 2nd place Misconducts a stiff 22.1 points behind the 1st place Ice Hogs. The Misconducts also find themselves on the wrong end of this H2H battle, trailing the Central Red Army by 11.8 points.

Wild Ducks: 18.7
SC Cobras: 15.4

New-hire Gabriel Landeskog provided instant relief, his 4.0 point night (2g) helping to place GM Collard's squad in front of the SC Cobras, the Ducks lead 3.3 points with five days remaining in the week.

Badger Bob: 16.0
Between the Pipes: 5.0

Badger Bob bolted out of the Week 12 blocks, GM Chester's 8th pace squad already 11.0 points better than the last place Between the Pipes.

Polar Bears: 12.8
Silicon Valley Slashers: 8.6

Sidney Crosby was good yet again (1g, 2a) his Polar Bears team already sitting pretty, leading the Silicon Valley Slashers by 4.2 points.
