WEEK 8 (FINAL) Dcw2SdN
That's gonna leave a mark. In front the first six days of the week, John Tavares and his win-famished Boulder Flyers were clipped by the SC Cobras at the finish line, the hard-charging snakes winning by 00.1 points.

SC Cobras: 36.0
Boulder Flyers: 35.9

Drew Doughty bagged 6.0 points on Sunday (1g, 1a), powering the SC Cobras to an improbable comeback win. The Cobras are now 5-3 for the season, a record that places GM Murphy's team just one game back in the Domi division. Meanwhile the Boulder Flyers sunk even deeper into the H2H basement, GM Morgan's 10th place team now change-your-name bad, their record 1-7.

Ice Hogs: 56.7
Between the Pipes: 47.8

All or nothing Mike Green was "all" on Sunday, the Ice Hogs defender potting two goals (9.0 points). After being threatened during the week, GM Henry's squad is now 22.6 points better than the 2nd place Misconducts. On top of the Probert division, the Hogs and their 6-2 record are one game better than the Bluliners. Teased with a win earlier in the week, Between the Pipes slipped to 4-4, two games back in the Grimson bracket.

Misconducts: 58.8
Badger Bob: 30.9

The Misconducts won for the sixth time, on top of the Domi with a record of 6-2. While the Misconducts keep getting pushed back in the race for the coveted Cup, they're resting comfortable in 2nd place, now 30.4 points better than the worst-score-of-the-week Wild Ducks. Badger Bob slumped to 3-5 in defeat, the second year franchise still in Grimson title contention, trailing the leader by two games. Overall, the Bobs depart the mostly forgettable week in 8th place, 89.3 points back.

Central Red Army: 46.3
Polar Bears: 32.8

The Central Red Army are 5-3 after routinely dismissing the Polar Bears. With every team in the Domi division winning, GM Buker's lot remains the same, trailing the Misconducts by a single game. The Army closed the week in 5th place overall, 77.0 points behind the league leader. The Polar Bears aren't the worst H2H team, but they're close, their record now 2-6; a thick four games behind the Grimson-leading Ducks.

Silicon Valley Slashers: 51.4
Ice Cats: 43.9

The Silicon Valley Slashers enjoyed one of their better weeks of the season, a near-best 51.4 point effort lifting the team into 9th place overall. H2H-wise, the Slashers improved to 3-5, still three games back in the Domi. The Ice Cats dipped to 3-5 in defeat, now three games back in the Probert. The Cats overall stock also took a hit, GM Cutshall's 6th place team falling 79.1 points back.

Bluliners: 32.0
Wild Ducks: 28.4

The Bluliners rallied past the lame Ducks on Sunday, GM Hamilton's team improving to 5-3; still one game back of the Probert-leading Ice Hogs. The big boy standings find the Bluliners in 4th place, 75.8 points short of the top. The Wild Ducks lost for just the second time, GM Collard's record now 6-2. With every Grimson team losing, the Ducks maintained their H2H advantage, still leading Between the Pipes by two games.

WEEK 9

Badger Bob v. Ice Hogs
Wild Ducks v. Ice Cats
Between the Pipes v. Central Red Army
Polar Bears v. Misconducts
